While signing up for the free trial of Google Workspace, I encountered an issue during the domain verification process. Despite signing in on my domain provider's website, I wasn't redirected back to Google, and later found out my personal email was already registered. When attempting to sign in with the email, I was blocked due to it not being a Workspace account. Since I hadn't completed setting up my account or creating a business email, I'm unable to access Workspace or restart the process. Trying a different personal email didn't work as my domain is linked to the original email. I'm struggling to find a solution to this problem and would appreciate any guidance.

Dear Sirs, I am facing a frustrating issue where my business, “Baldassini Fine Art,” seems to be inadvertently sharing information with “Addison Art Gallery” on Google. Despite my legitimate business as an artist for over 15 years, my Google listing shows the wrong details of Addison Art Gallery instead. I need help correcting this as my art sales are crucial for my income in retirement. Addison Art Gallery claims they are unaware of how this happened and are willing to assist in resolving the confusion. I am currently suspended due to "Suspicious Activity," which is erroneous, and I believe a simple adjustment of the information would suffice. I am unsure of the necessary steps to rectify this situation, including whether to remove the incorrect profile, transfer ownership, or wait for a verification postcard. After resetting my phone to factory settings, I encountered issues trying to restore it through Google. Despite entering my password correctly, I still couldn't access my account and got locked out for 3 days. Upon regaining access, I managed to reset the password but faced difficulties with the 2-step verification process. The verification code sent to my phone interrupted the process, creating a frustrating cycle. I attempted to receive texts instead, but that also failed. I am experiencing an issue with Google Maps inaccurately displaying my address. In Utah, the directional indicators (North, South, East, West) are crucial as some areas rely solely on these rather than street names. Our address, [redacted] North [redacted] East, is consistently leading individuals to an incorrect location on Google Maps, specifically redirecting them to [redacted] N Gilbert Circle instead. This mistake has caused confusion and misdelivered packages. Even attempts to input [redacted] [redacted] E Orem UT without the North have led to the same erroneous location. Despite reporting the problem to Google Maps and receiving confirmation emails of resolution, the issue persists. It is imperative for our address to be accurately represented on the map to prevent further misdeliveries. Additionally, the non-existent location of [redacted] Gilbert Circle must be removed from Google Maps to alleviate confusion further.

I've been dealing with a hacking issue on my various devices, and I'm struggling to reach anyone at Google for help. My phone, tablet, and watch were all reset, and both Samsung and T-Mobile have indicated that Google was the target of the hack. I'm looking for reimbursement for the items I purchased and the money taken from my accounts due to this security breach. Despite having two-step verification, my new Google account is consistently compromised. My personal information and Gmail accounts have been compromised, leading to these issues. I'm unable to receive proper communication due to my email being down, and my phone is only accepting scam calls and texts. All my devices are connected to Gmail accounts. I had enabled two-step verification on my mobile, which has since been stolen. When I attempt to access my account on a different device, it prompts for a verification code. I attempted to access my Gmail account, [redacted], but kept receiving an incorrect password message. I clicked on "forgot password" and received a code on my phone. After entering the code, I was prompted to provide verification through my [redacted] account or an inaccessible alternate email. I opted to use my daughter's email. Google sent a verification code to my daughter's email, stating: "Google received a request to use this email address to help recover Google Account [redacted] [redacted] Enter this code when asked for it to show that Google can reach you at this email address." I am unsure where to enter this code. My priority is recovering the account because of important photos stored there. Despite following the steps, I am stuck in a loop requesting codes sent to alternate places I cannot access.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my primary email account as I no longer have access to the old phone number associated with it or the backup email. Although I have a secondary phone number linked to the account, Google does not offer me the option to receive a verification code on that number. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I am now locked out of the account and facing a waiting period. It is critical for me to regain access to this email account promptly to retrieve important contact numbers and access other accounts associated with it.

I misplaced my cellphone and replaced it with a new one on a different network. Unfortunately, I can't set up this new phone because I've forgotten my Google password. I've been trying for four days to recover it, but the recovery page is not helpful because it requires verification through text and email. Hello, I established my YouTube channel in [redacted] using my university Google account, [redacted] During that time, I was a student, and later transitioned to a teacher. As I am no longer affiliated with the university, the account has been disabled, resulting in me losing access to my YouTube channel. I am seeking permission for my alternative Google account, [redacted], to gain control of the channel. I have attempted to verify ownership of both Google accounts. Prior to the deactivation of [redacted], I sent an email to [redacted] granting permission for the latter account to manage the channel. I recently reviewed my order history and noticed that I have been charged twice this month for the same Life360 subscription, each for $10.85. Upon further investigation, it seems that I have been double billed every month since I first downloaded the software in November [redacted]. I am confused as to why this occurred and would like assistance in canceling one of these subscriptions. It doesn't make sense to have two subscriptions for the same software. Shouldn't there be measures in place to prevent multiple accounts linked to one phone number or other identifiers? Given the vast amount of data Google possesses, it seems odd that duplicate subscriptions could happen without detection. I purchased a Google Pixel 4A in August [redacted], which has been well maintained with a back case and premium tempered glass. Recently, when I connected the phone to my laptop to back up photos, the screen went blank and eventually turned off completely. I opened a service request (ticket no: GL[redacted]) with Google support, and the B2X agent informed me that the warranty does not cover the issue. They are requesting [redacted] for repairs, citing liquid damage as the cause, which I find puzzling as the phone has not been exposed to water beyond possible sweat contact. I am concerned that the repair cost is too high and would appreciate clarification on why it is not covered by the warranty.

I changed my phone number, so please send a code to my email address [redacted] to access my account. I need assistance with my Google Account, specifically my Gmail, which is now "paused." I was sending an email when I received an error message about my age not being old enough for the account. Due to dealing with breast cancer surgery scheduling, I urgently require access to my email ([redacted]). I have used this account for over a decade without changing my birth date.
