Hello, I recently returned from Canada to the UK and needed to update my phone number on my Google account. Unfortunately, I forgot my password in the process. I reset it via email verification but now I am unable to log in. Despite trying to use my phone number, it's not working, and I'm not receiving any emails for verification. The account recovery process keeps asking for my email to verify, but I'm not getting any emails from Google. I've looked through Google's FAQ but haven't found a solution that works. I would really appreciate any help in resolving this issue so I can regain access to my account.

I recently had my wallet stolen, and my personal information seems to have been compromised. It has been a difficult time for me especially after losing my son. I had to replace my bank cards multiple times, and my credit score has been impacted. I suspect my information was used fraudulently. On December 16, I received an "Authentication failed (Gmail)" message on my Kindle Fire HD. Despite contacting Amazon and changing my password, the issue persists. Even my second Kindle Fire HD stopped receiving emails with the same error. I'm facing difficulty communicating with anxious friends and relatives due to this Gmail problem. My Yahoo email was compromised along with my backup Google email. Consequently, my tablet is currently set up with the Google email account that got hacked. I've been unsuccessful in changing the setting to a new email. I require assistance to access my old Gmail account, dbs5040@gmail, in order to rectify this issue. The goal is to switch the tablet setting from dbs5040@gmail to d378136@gmail to enable picture downloads from the tablet.

Good morning, I have been locked out of my account for a couple days now due to a problem with my debit card. An unauthorized purchase was attempted in Anchorage, AK. Despite the email on file being the same for years, Google is indicating it's not me trying to access the account. This account is essential for communication with my grandkids and daughter. My personal accounts are being repeatedly hacked. I have identified the person illegally accessing them and adding tools to my phone to continue breaching my privacy, accessing my financial details, and other personal information, all while manipulating my identity for his own gain. This situation is overwhelming. He's interfering with my personal accounts, misusing my credit history to secure loans without even having a job. I urgently need assistance to regain control of my Google account and ensure this unauthorized access stops. I'm exasperated and drained by this ongoing security breach. How can I reclaim ownership of my account and protect it from future intrusions?

I have a Google Pixel 4a and enjoy using it. Lately, I've been receiving a strange message every few hours. It appears as "Android recovery Google/sunfish/sunfish 12/SQ1A.[redacted].[redacted]/[redacted] user/release-keys." The only way I've found to make it disappear is to restart my phone. It suggests that my data may be corrupt and prompts a factory data reset. Any advice on how to fix this recurring issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am a survivor of family violence. Recently, my husband took my phone, and I am unable to complete the two-step verification process due to not having access to it. I have been using this email for six years and there are irreplaceable photos of my loved ones stored on it, including my grandchildren, children, and late mother. I am desperate to regain access to my account and want to ensure that he cannot log in from my locked iPhone or any other device.

I only receive mobile verification codes to reset my password, but the email verification codes are unclear as to which Gmail account they are for because they are in a dotted form. I keep encountering an "ERROR [redacted]" message whenever I attempt to fix spelling or grammatical errors in my YouTube comments. Whenever I try to correct spelling or grammar errors on YouTube's comment section, I occasionally encounter a white box with an "ERROR [redacted]" message. Unfortunately, this prevents me from resubmitting my corrected comment. I am frustrated by this and seek guidance on how to overcome or bypass this error [redacted] notification. It is perplexing why this message appears and seems unnecessary unless Google intends to confuse users. I urge Google to address and resolve this error, as it serves no meaningful purpose.

Hello, I'm Jonathan M. Parkhurst. On December 20, [redacted], I received an email from Google Play stating, "Thank you for filing a report in 12/[redacted] about a scam involving a Google Play gift card. Following the report, we think you might qualify for victim assistance." I was scammed in connection with Google Play Gift cards in December [redacted]. Before sending the required documents to request victim assistance, I would like to verify if the email I got is genuinely from Google and not a scam.

Regarding my lost email account "[redacted]," there is an issue I need assistance with. I have had this account for over 4 years. Unfortunately, I did not secure it since it is not my only missing account, and I had not been concerned about the other emails at that time. However, this email is linked to a different lost account. To verify my ownership, you can check my IP address (Norway, Stavern) and my phone (iPhone 8+ ending in [redacted]). For identification, my real name is Benjamin Pettersen Napstad. Regrettably, I changed my password to something new, as is my habit (variations such as bonnio09, bonnio08, Bonnio09, Bonnio06, etc.). Typically, I save the new password in my notes, but due to my PC being reset after repairs, all data on my computer was erased, as I did not have any backup files or drives.

I need help accessing my Google account. My laptop and phone were stolen, which had my Google account logged in. I've had this account since before [redacted], but I can't remember my password. Unfortunately, I don't have access to any old devices I was previously logged into. The account holds precious photos of my children in Google Photos and important documents saved in Google Drive.
