I recently discovered that I have a Google Play account linked to my email address [redacted] I am having trouble logging into this account on my phone as it directs me to my other Google account. I noticed an unauthorized purchase for the BabySparks app on [redacted] that I do not remember authorizing. I do not have this app nor use it. The company informed me that to request a refund, I need to contact Google Play support. However, I am unable to start this process since I was not aware that I had an account associated with [redacted]

I have lost access to both of my Google accounts for quite some time now. Recently, my main account, which is [redacted], was hacked, and the password was changed. I have been unable to log back in for a few months. The recovery account linked to it was also compromised. I am currently reachable at [redacted], which is my dad's phone since I am awaiting a new sim for my phone with number [redacted]. My device is ready to be set up, but it seems to be stuck due to issues on your end. I am feeling extremely frustrated with the situation and am on the verge of losing my temper.

Since November 17, [redacted], and now December 17, [redacted], I noticed two unauthorized charges on my old debit card from Google Ellation, a subscription I am unfamiliar with. Although I suspect my grandson, who would not typically behave this way, it is concerning. I visited my bank, and they confirmed the charges were for a $9.99 membership, which I would never sign up for online. I have already deactivated the compromised card and would like to request a cancellation of this subscription immediately. I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Google account. I am locked out and unable to verify my identity through the provided methods. The verification process loops between sending a text to an old phone number and emailing the address that I can't access. I have critical services tied to my account like Google Photos, Google Duo, and Google Docs. I've been trying to regain access for a week now. I can provide all necessary details and passwords, but I am not being prompted for additional verification questions. The system continues to send verification to an outdated phone number. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account.

I recently filed a complaint and forgot to mention that I am experiencing severe hacking issues that are causing me to receive multiple duplicate pages and destroying over 24 phones in the past few years. I'm having trouble with my Gmail password. I have multiple devices and allowed software to generate a new password for me, but it's not working on all my devices as promised. The situation is getting worse as I try to fix it. It's requesting an 8-digit code that I don't have, and it's asking for a password to my keychain, which I also don't have. At the moment, I only have one device accessing my email. Thank you for your help.

I am currently facing challenges syncing a different laptop to my mother's Google account since she is transitioning to a new laptop. In addition to changing her main device, she recently switched her internet provider and forgot her password during the syncing process. Furthermore, her previous recovery email associated with the old internet provider is now inaccessible, making it impossible to retrieve the recovery email. Consequently, I am stuck and unable to progress until the Google account is reset. Notably, the old laptop remains connected to Google, allowing access to the account using that device. I mention this as relevant information that might aid us in resolving the issue.

I tried to access my Gmail account, but after entering the correct username and password, it keeps telling me it's incorrect and signs me out. I attempted the password recovery but kept going in circles. I received a message mentioning that I'm already signed in on another device, which isn't the case as I only use my cell phone and laptop. How can I reset my password when none of the usual methods like OTP or accessing my other devices seem to work?

A few weeks ago, I changed my password with the intention of remembering it. I did this in preparation for a factory reset on my phone due to performance issues. After the reset, I attempted to log into my Google account to retrieve my apps, files, and photos but I couldn't recall the password. I tried the account recovery process but was unable to verify it with the associated phone number. Despite updating my cell phone number on the account, the system still recognizes the old one. This has left me unable to access my account with crucial information and irreplaceable photos.

I am frustrated with the recurring freezing and pixelation issues on the two Fox channels. I expect all channels to work properly since I pay for the service. It is disappointing that the feed is not being maintained well for customers. I look forward to Google discontinuing their TV service, hoping the next service provider will be more attentive to these matters. Other than this problem, I have had no issues with the computer speed or email service. However, the continuous problem with the TV channels has been quite bothersome.

My phone and multiple Gmail accounts were hacked, including my phone being restricted by parental controls, preventing me from using it for work. Although I tried creating new accounts to continue working, they too were compromised. I now struggle to access my Instacart shopper account, vital for supporting myself and my dog. Despite attempts to resolve the issue with Instacart, I remain locked out and unable to work. The account in question is [redacted], created about 5 to 6 days ago. I had a terrible experience ordering a photo product. The shipping took much longer than the promised 3-4 days, and contacting customer service has been impossible. I've been on hold for over 2 hours without an option to share proof of the wait time. The quality of the canvas was disappointing; I believe products from Amazon and Walmart are much better for the price. This entire week-long ordeal has made me extremely frustrated with Google's services. I am considering speaking out against Google due to this awful experience. It is clear that Google fails to meet the standards of a reputable company, especially in terms of accessibility for customers.

I had an awful experience! Don't order any photos from this company. The shipping took way longer than the promised 3-4 days, and it's impossible to reach their customer service. I waited on hold for over 2 hours. The canvases I ordered were poor quality and not worth more than $5 each; both Amazon and Walmart offer better products. This disappointing week has turned me into a Google critic - they even disconnected me during the call. I now have plenty of time to share my negative experience with others.

I've been unable to access my Google account for a week now. I have a vast collection of memories in over 8,[redacted] photos accumulated over 9 years that I'm unable to retrieve. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by using my Google Voice number as my backup phone number for 2-step verification. When trying to recover the account from my mother's Wi-Fi, I got stuck in a loop where Google keeps asking about my phone leading to an error message.

The navigation of the help menus is confusing as they lead from one menu to another without solving the issue. I am facing a dilemma as my Google domain and email account have been deleted. I am unable to sign in to the super admin since the account is deleted, and consequently, I cannot recover the deleted account without accessing the admin panel. The domain in question is birdfeedermotif.biz, last used on Weebly. The crucial email I need to restore is [redacted] I have been attempting to recover it daily for over a week with no success.
