Good morning, my name is Carol Franco. I have three Gmail accounts. The main one I have had for many years. Since January, I have experienced several issues where my messages and calls have been intercepted, and my settings have been changed. Apple, T-Mobile, and the FCC have all suggested that I change my number for safety due to hacking and tracking concerns. Recently, when I tried to log into my Gmail account [redacted], I found that my password had been changed and the contact number for verification had been updated without my knowledge. While I have alternative emails for verification, the system is not allowing me to use them. Apple suspects that both my phone and computer are being spoofed. I can provide proof of identification and evidence of communication with Apple and the FCC regarding this issue. Please help me regain access to my account. Thank you. You can contact me via email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

Unfortunately, my Android phone broke. I purchased a replacement and am in the process of setting up my Google account on it. I receive a verification email to my backup email account for a security code. After entering the code on my new phone, it requests to send another code via text message due to suspicious activity. Since my broken phone is non-functional, I provide an alternative number, but it is not accepted. Trying with friends' numbers also proves futile. Contacting Google support has been challenging as the phone number redirects me to unhelpful instructions online, which do not resolve my issue.

My phone screen is broken, showing a consistently black screen whether it's on or off. Luckily, I found an old phone I had forgotten about and tried to set it up, but it asked for a number or email due to being reset. Since my broken phones couldn't receive the verification text, I attempted to use my email. Unfortunately, the verification replies went to both my non-functioning phones. I tried to resolve this by confirming from my laptop that it was indeed me trying to access the account from a new device. However, when I attempted to log in again, the phone informed me that I couldn't sign in due to a recent password change I'm unaware of, suggesting I wait another 24 hours. Despite not changing my password, I am stuck in this cycle and urgently need assistance to start using the new phone.

My old iPhone 8 died, so I upgraded to an iPhone 12. Now, I'm having trouble setting up apps like Gmail Calendar, YouTube, and the Weather app. It keeps asking for a password for an email that was set up by the US Cellular saleswoman back in [redacted], but I never received the password for it. The email I always use is [redacted] In [redacted], I had a company email at [redacted], which is no longer valid since we left CenturyLink. Can you help me reset my password so I can download apps like Google Calendar, YouTube, and the Weather app from the App Store? These apps are essential for my work. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, my name is Connie Bryant. I was born on November 15, [redacted], in Tampa, Florida, and have lived in Kentucky for 10 years and in Connecticut since [redacted]. I am currently attempting to recover access to my email, [redacted] However, it seems to be linked to an unfamiliar email address for recovery. Typically, my default recovery method is my phone number, [redacted], which is shared with my spouse. There have been instances where passwords were forgotten due to joint use. The suggested recovery email appears to be jesuscotto31@gmail or a similar variation, which I do not have access to. My phone number should be the primary default for recovery, but it appears that the settings have been altered without my knowledge. This email contains sentimental photos of my late mother, important videos, and crucial school information for my children, including sensitive details like bank and phone numbers. I kindly request assistance in regaining access to [redacted] My new email is [redacted] The last passwords I recall using for cottomom6 are Alexia0228 or Cottowife4$. I sincerely implore your help in this matter, as it holds significant importance for my family. For any inquiries, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you and may God bless. Connie M. I have been using a Samsung tablet with biometric entry, but it suddenly stopped reading my fingerprint, and I cannot recall the passcode. After a factory reset at the Verizon store, I tried using my Google account for login, but despite several attempts with the correct password, I am unable to access the tablet. Even after trying Google account recovery online, the issue persists. Although the tablet recognizes my Google account when I enter the email, it fails to accept the password, leaving me locked out. I only have one Google account and one password which I have always used. I am seeking help to regain access to my device as I hold the proof of purchase with agreement number [redacted]. Can someone assist me in resolving this issue and help me use my tablet again?

I am urgently trying to access a Gmail account that was created specifically for IRS tax refunds and recovery rebate tax credits related to my stimulus checks. I e-filed my [redacted] tax return in March [redacted] through an IRS [redacted] self-filing site, which was received and accepted on 03/15/[redacted]. I received an email with a confirmation number indicating the acceptance, which I believe should have been sent back to the IRS as email verification. However, I have not received any further communication from the IRS. The "Get My Payment" tool initially showed pending status, but now I can't even access that. The "Get My Refund" status changed to requesting verification. Despite multiple attempts to explain my issue to customer service, I have not been connected to the right department or received assistance. Although I am using the correct username and password, Google keeps rejecting them for the Gmail account associated with this IRS confirmation number. This situation is causing financial distress as I am behind on all my debts. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

It all began a year ago when I attempted to request PINs to verify my address for my Google AdSense account. Unfortunately, despite trying four times, I never received the PINs. Consequently, my channel got demonetized, prompting me to contact Google for manual verification. However, each time I try to access their contact form, it redirects back to the PIN troubleshooting page, making it challenging to reach them. As a result, my earnings are stuck in my account, and I've been unable to generate revenue on YouTube for more than a year. I'm feeling lost and really need assistance on how to proceed.

I recently purchased a new phone and transferred my contacts, but they disappeared on the new phone after deleting them from the old phone without signing out of my Gmail account. I attempted various solutions to retrieve them without success. Geek Squad suggested seeking assistance here within 30 days before the contacts may be permanently lost. Thank you.

Around 3 months ago, I misplaced my phone and consequently forgot my passwords. I have since acquired a new phone with a new carrier, and I no longer have access to my old number. I am facing difficulty accessing three accounts, with the primary ones being [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] The two-step verification is hindering my access to these accounts, and despite waiting patiently for a couple of weeks, I have not received any assistance from the support team. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I recently received a letter from Summit Credit Union regarding fraudulent activity on my debit card. Multiple unauthorized charges were made for Google games using my Summit debit card ending in [redacted]. The charges started on 7/5/[redacted] and continued until 7/24/[redacted]. During my 5-year incarceration, my accounts were left untouched and are now inaccessible. I have four Gmail accounts with linked two-step verification, making it difficult to recover since the recovery emails are sent to the locked accounts. I no longer have the same phone for receiving text confirmation, vital for the business email. Web support states that inactive accounts need review for reinstatement, but I lack an active email to request this or a support phone for help. How can I regain access to my accounts with tied Google Voice accounts after having to create a new one due to phone changes?

I forgot the password for my secondary email account. When trying to log into my old account, I used the help button and was prompted to confirm through my other account. However, attempting to log into the second account prompted me to verify an email address for which I didn't remember the password. It seems I might have set them as secondary emails for each other. How can I regain access to both accounts?

Today I got a message on my phone from Google Photos prompting me to back up all my content. I usually dismiss these notifications since I only use Google Photos for storing specific videos. The videos I had saved are very significant to me, so when I accessed the app later, I noticed they were missing from my albums, main screen, archive, and trash. I am quite distressed about this and have attempted various methods to recover them without success.

I have already provided my credit card details, and I am eager to set up YouTube TV to switch from DirecTV soon. Thank you, Nikki.

There is a concerning issue where a mistaken post is directing individuals to the wrong church location with a misleading photo. An individual searching for a Seventh-Day Adventist church found a picture linked to the Comanche, OK SDA Church which actually belongs to the Waurika Lake SDA Church in Waurika, Oklahoma. This mix-up could have resulted in people avoiding our church or being misinformed. Despite attempts to address this issue, such as sending a text to alert about the error, the incorrect post remains online, even on websites that provide church information. It is crucial to rectify this promptly to avoid any further confusion or misunderstandings. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello Google Support, My Google domain email, [redacted], has been suspended even though I paid the $12.00 annual fee for the domain name I originally signed up for many years ago. Despite being a legacy customer, the system is prompting me to sign up for G Suite and pay monthly to access support, which I find deceptive. "When you upgrade from the legacy free edition of G Suite: - You switch to a paid subscription immediately; there are no free trials. - You cannot revert to the legacy free edition once you upgrade." Unable to reach Google by phone, I'm using GET HUMAN to relay this message. Google has charged me twice last year and now again, even though I don't need G Suite. I request my email to be reinstated, a refund for the extra payment, and to apply the overpayment to next year's domain renewal. Thanks, Alvaro Valdes Altiva Logistics Services

I have been trying to get in touch with Google about an issue from last week, but I keep getting the message that no one is available or that there's a wait time of an hour and a half. Last week, I was contacted by a person claiming to be from Google, informing me that my Gmail account was being used in four different locations in Russia. The person gave the name Alina Anderson and a phone number, [redacted]. Last week, someone attempted to charge my bank account, but my bank's security systems prevented it. I have had Gmail accounts for a long time. I am frustrated by the lack of support and the potential security breach. I am considering changing my email accounts and informing all my contacts. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] My cell number has also been compromised. If Google needs to contact me, please text me first. Thank you.

I have a Google laptop/tablet, and recently, a friend signed out of my account and used the guest account. When I attempted to sign back in, it prompted me for my Google information after entering my password. Although I understand the security measures, I encountered an issue. Despite my password being what I usually use and having it saved in my notes on all my devices, it failed. Additionally, the phone number linked to my account is outdated, making it challenging to regain access. While I can still reach my account, the laptop demands further verification before granting entry. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, I was informed that my account would be frozen for a few hours. I've tried contacting Google customer support without success. The situation has left me feeling confused and frustrated as I rely on the laptop for work and important notes. If anyone has advice or assistance, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
