Subject: Issue with Google Earth Pin Functionality Dear Sir/Madam, I have been a loyal user of Google Earth for over 15 years without any issues. However, for the past 2 years, I have been unable to use the yellow pin feature to mark locations on the globe, which is a crucial function for me. In the older version, I could mark all the places I have visited worldwide, but now I have lost access to these pins and cannot continue this activity. Every time I try to use Google Earth, I encounter an error message stating, "Google Earth Error: Unable to connect due to an ID control error." Despite my attempts to contact support and resolve this issue, I have not been successful. There is someone on Hangouts pretending to be Judge Jeanine Pirro. The email address used is [redacted] This individual has scammed my husband out of $40,[redacted] pretending to be an attorney named Bagalass Miles, which is not a real person. They claim to live in New York, but their real name is L Nguyen. They have misled my husband about our marital status, claiming we are getting legally divorced when we are not. There are no legal documents from New York as we reside in Texas. My husband suffers from a serious seizure disorder and mental health issues, making him vulnerable. I am urging for this person, who has a history of involvement in scams, to be permanently banned from all sites. I possess a photograph of the scammer and email evidence of their deceitful actions.

I lost my Nokia 8.1 device, which I was signed into. Since then, I've signed into two other devices using unsure passwords but succeeded due to Google's sent codes to my recovery number. However, when trying to sign into my new device, I receive errors like "Google can't verify you," and "Google prompts are unavailable," as it doesn't recognize the device. Now, most of my recovery options are gone, and I don't receive verification code texts even if SMS is an option. I can't access my account "[redacted]" and I'm locked out.

Someone accessed my email account using Incall UI and changed the recovery email to my old address. The recovery email should be [redacted] to regain access. This email is crucial as it contains information about my Clash of Clans account, various passwords, emails, OfferUp, and my banking details. The original password for the account was Poolplayazak1!. The recovery phone number is the same as ever, [redacted], but the verification code is being sent to the inaccessible email. Please send the verification code to [redacted] for account recovery.

I am having trouble recovering my Gmail-associated email address. I used to have the option to verify my identity by providing a recovery email address or a cell phone number, but I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account. I can verify the account by providing the recovery email and the exact account creation date. Although I know the correct password, I am stuck in the identity verification process without any options for live chat or email support.

I am having trouble accessing my Google account. While setting up security for a new site without my usual phone, I mistakenly removed my personal Google account from my device, added my employer's account, and then tried to switch back. I can no longer access my own account due to 2-step verification and changing my phone number without updating my recovery options. I am unable to receive any verification methods to prove my identity. Before this, I noticed my missing device was active shortly before I removed the account. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I need assistance with the new YouTube layout. The old YouTube screen had a red timeline at the bottom showing video progress with icons below to interact with the video. Icons on the left included a play/stop triangle, restart, and speaker control, while on the right, there were icons for auto-play, CC, settings, Play on TV, and full/small screen. The newer layout has a large white space with a less user-friendly red timeline displaying time info and a single full-screen icon. I have tried different settings with no success and noticed the old layout in MS Edge, suggesting it might be a browser-related issue. I am struggling to find the setting to revert to the old screen and would greatly appreciate help in restoring it.

I recently discovered unauthorized transactions on my cash app card linked to Google Pay. I promptly reported the incident to cash app support on 6.13.21. Despite their confirmation of the unauthorized purchases, as they were processed through Google Pay, I was advised to contact Google Pay support for resolution. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach Google Pay support via phone and email have been unsuccessful. This fraudulent activity has compromised my account, and I am seeking immediate assistance to recover the stolen funds and prevent future occurrences. I am in need of speaking to a human representative. Your system has made my business reliant on machines, resulting in the loss of numerous customers due to account suspension for an unspecified reason labeled as "Misrepresentation." The cycle of suffering repeats itself without any resolution. Customers are taking their business elsewhere, impacting your bottom line. Isn't a $[redacted] initial payment standard? Could there be a system in place to identify recurring issues and offer human assistance? My credit card has been used before for a different ads account for the same website, and I have had mobile marketing interactions from Poland. If my issue cannot be resolved, kindly delete all my accounts and refund my money. The suspension was triggered by the first $[redacted] payment on this account using my own credit card. If a solution cannot be found, I am requesting all my accounts be deleted, and a refund issued. I was penalized for trusting your system. Hello, I encountered an issue with a payment made via Google Pay to APSPDCL for two electricity bills. The payments were made on June 5th, [redacted], totaling 6,[redacted]/- for the house bill and 4,[redacted]/- for the apartment bill. Unfortunately, the payments failed, and the amount has not been refunded to my bank account yet. Hello, I am facing significant computer and phone issues ever since my 17-year-old son moved back in. Despite using WIFI all the time, I noticed my phone data being used and suspected a hack, leading me to factory reset my phone. Unfortunately, I cannot log back in as I do not know the password. This is part 2 of my letter. I accessed my email by switching accounts on my sister's phone without logging in. While trying to fix things between the two phones, it became chaotic. My phone has all my passwords, making it a messy situation. I am now back to my phone where I lost access to the account. I had been using a different phone for a few months, which ended up in worse condition. These were the original problematic phones. I understand that Logan Addair is my son. There have been various communications between his counselor at Eisenhower Middle School in Gibsonton and me about my illness for 5 years, around [redacted]/[redacted]. I recall interactions with DCF and multiple doctors as well. I returned to work at Circle K in December [redacted], marking my first job since May [redacted]. There may be relevant correspondence with them. I've been in touch with Amazon Prime since my trial period in September [redacted]. On May 30th, [redacted], my brother and I received a notification to update his Gmail account. He attempted to do so on his phone, and after clicking on the update icon, he was locked out of the account. Despite trying for days to follow all the recovery steps, he approached the IT person at his job who accidentally removed the authenticator app from his phone. He has made every effort to regain access to this important email account ([redacted]), which serves as his primary means of communication. He is hoping Google can assist in restoring access to his account by sending a recovery link to the provided email address.

I am deeply upset by the situation involving Google Electronic Business Cards, which has affected my teenage daughter and me. My husband, Jesse L. B., who is or was a Google developer, has used this access inappropriately, leading to our separation and impending divorce. I believe Google should take responsibility for allowing developers access to personal information without proper oversight. It is unacceptable for anyone, including my estranged husband, to have access to my phone and location without my consent. Jesse has misused this access to track, harass, and control us. I downloaded the game "Word Life" from Google Play Store and have been playing it for months. However, recently, I started purchasing items advertised within the game but have found that every advertiser appears to be a scammer. The products I received were completely different from what was advertised, including a child's underpants instead of a cordless drill, a battery instead of a scooter, and plastic molds instead of a flatbread maker. I have reported this issue to the game operators, but they seem unwilling to take any action as they benefit from the ad revenues. I have also filed a complaint with PayPal for receiving misrepresented items from Chinese-based companies. I believe an investigation by an international fraud agency is necessary to stop these scammers from profiting off unsuspecting individuals through these games.

Hello, I recently acquired Amber Lyn Chocolates and need to access the email [redacted], linked to our business Instagram with numerous followers. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset the business Instagram password without access to the mentioned email account. I have the previous owner's password, but further verification is required by Google. I keep receiving calls regarding my business listings on Google. When asked to verify the details that I have already inputted and haven't changed, I was informed that my business has a low reliability rating due to Google's algorithm. Wanting to move past the sales pitch, I inquired about Google's offerings and associated costs. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to was quite rude and refused to disclose the cost of improving my reliability rating because I stated that my business doesn't heavily rely on Google for sales. The issue lies in various internet companies incorrectly entering my business data on different websites, resulting in disparities like using all caps or only capitalizing the first letter in the business name. Even though this doesn't affect me, Google penalizes my business for such inconsistencies. The incessant and discourteous calls from Google representatives are negatively impacting my perception of their services. Despite using Google as my default browser, if this is how they treat customers, I am considering switching to an alternative.

My Google account has an outdated phone number listed, but I can only update my current number online. I can't add the Genius Insight Quanta Cap to my husband's phone through my Google account because I can't get in touch with Google customer service. I prefer using my Yahoo email instead of Google. My Google Account Has Been Compromised My email was [redacted] Yesterday, I received notifications asking for permission because someone was trying to log in from an unknown device. I denied access and then got a message questioning if I turned off my 2-step verification. Following that, I changed my password, but later received a notification saying my recovery email and phone number had been removed. Now, I am unable to access my account because the recovery information has been altered. I was contacted via WhatsApp by the hacker demanding money, and when I refused, they requested my Clash of Clans account instead, as they apparently hacked my Google account to gain access to it. I possess screenshots of the threatening messages. All my sensitive information is in that account, and this is distressing. I urgently need guidance on how to recover my account.
