I received a call from Amazon about confirming a delivery to Alabama and pressed 1 to decline. Subsequently, I was threatened by a caller posing as Officer Andrew Soul from the LVMPD. They claimed my personal information was compromised and that I needed to transfer funds to a protected account due to alleged illegal activities. The scammer instructed me to purchase $[redacted].00 in Google Play cards, which unfortunately, I did. After contacting the actual LVMPD, I learned it was a fraudulent scheme using their number. I am aware of the loss and will file a report with the police as advised to address this issue further.

I have encountered unauthorized access to my account. The password has been changed, and a false telephone number has been added. Despite following the support instructions and contacting Google Customer Service in Germany, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my account. I still have access to my emails on my iPhone until the password was altered, possess my previous password, and can provide personal identification documents like my passport. I also have employment documentation linked to the account for verification purposes. Additionally, I have retained my Google Authenticator with all the necessary codes. Any assistance in resolving this matter and regaining access to my account would be greatly appreciated. You can reach me at [redacted]

I accidentally signed up for two phone protection services through Google LED Technologies, neither of which protected my phone, which is now compromised and unusable because of a virus. Despite this, both services continue to withdraw money from my checking account weekly and monthly. I am unable to access my cell phone to cancel the subscriptions myself. I request the immediate cancellation of both accounts. If a written confirmation is required, kindly provide me with the address. I do not have the account numbers but my name is Evan Morgan and can be reached at [redacted] I may seek legal assistance if this matter is not resolved promptly as I have been unable to contact anyone at Google. I only have a landline now and am paying for services I cannot use anymore. Please address this issue urgently.

I am concerned about the presence of scam apps on the Google Play Store. I have participated in over 50 games in early release, fulfilling all conditions and watching the required videos, but I have not received any payouts. This lack of payout despite meeting requirements constitutes fraud. One example is the "Tree for Money" app, which has been in early release for over nine months with over 1,[redacted],[redacted] downloads. The developer has changed from Boat Merge Games to Charolettemqd and has falsely claimed to pay users while erasing earned redemptions. Despite my numerous attempts to contact these apps via email without receiving any replies, Google Play has not taken action to address these issues. It is concerning that Charolettemqd has been rewarded with seven additional games in early release to potentially continue scamming users. The lack of communication and accountability on Google's part signifies a larger problem of encouraging fraudulent practices on their platform. Many users have been affected by this issue, including myself, with significant earnings that have not been fulfilled. The lack of transparency and support from Google Play is disappointing, as it seems there is little recourse for affected users.

I would like to address my concerns regarding my G Suite account, which is now called Workspace. It has been challenging to reach out for assistance, and when I finally managed to contact support, I was given an incorrect number or faced unnecessary obstacles. Despite not using the G Suite service, my credit card has been charged $12 per month for two years. I cannot recall creating the account and do not have any login details or the associated email address. I request the cancellation of my service and a refund for the unauthorized charges. Each time I reach out, I encounter difficulties and unhelpful responses, leading me in circles. I intend to inform my bank to prevent further charges and have decided not to engage with any Google products in the future due to this frustrating experience.

Hello, Google, I need assistance with my blocked account [redacted] I keep receiving a notification stating that a suspicious app may have accessed my account and that I need to remove unsafe software and change my password to protect my account. After attempting to recover my account by entering the last password used, I received an error message stating Google couldn't verify the account belongs to me. I have been using this account for three years and recently installed, then uninstalled, an app. Please help me restore access to my account as there is important information I cannot afford to lose. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Google account across multiple devices. Despite setting up a new password, recovery email, and phone number, I can only log in on my old laptop. Any other device I try prompts me with incorrect password errors and incomplete recovery information. Even though I received confirmation emails that the recovery email was set up correctly, the account only unlocks on the laptop. I have verified that the text and email recoveries work on the laptop, but I am puzzled as to why the other devices are not cooperating.

I recently relocated and was unexpectedly prompted to verify my identity for my account. Following the instructions provided, I attempted to access the settings on my Samsung Galaxy 8+ to retrieve a code for verification, only to realize that my account was signed out due to the verification process. Re-signing in led to the same prompt, creating a frustrating cycle as I couldn't verify the account without signing in, which I couldn't do without verifying first. This situation arose while attempting to upload a video to YouTube, exacerbating the inconvenience. I am seeking a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you.

Unfortunately, my phone broke, so I got a new one. I forgot my Google account password and attempted to recover it. Google sent me the verification code, but I couldn't find where to input it. After numerous tries, I received the code, but by then, I was already locked out. Even though I had my phone number and screen lock pin linked to the account, it didn't help recover it. My entire life is in that account, and despite trying all recovery options available, nothing has been successful.

I am using a Windows 8.1 computer laptop. When attempting to log into my Google account using Chrome, despite entering the correct password, I keep receiving an error message stating "wrong password." I have tried clearing all cookies, cache, bookmarks, and extensions, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome, but the issue persists. I do not have a recovery email or phone number associated with the account. I have owned the account for eight years and have knowledge of my IP address and security question. My Gmail has been inaccessible since April 2, [redacted]. I am seeking assistance to establish communication with Google so they can request evidence to validate my ownership of the account. Google has confirmed that my account is active, and although I have requested a password reset multiple times, I never receive the reset email. Despite providing my IP address, they have not requested further evidence to verify ownership. I am hopeful that I can resolve this issue with your guidance.

I need help with two things. Firstly, I need to reset my Gmail account password as I can't remember it since my son, Daniel Halseth, managed all my passwords and has passed away. My name is Christine Halseth, and my usual alternate email is [redacted] Secondly, I also need access to my son's photos and other information stored in his Google cloud accounts ([redacted]) following his tragic death. Due to the ongoing investigation, we are unable to retrieve any of his information. Any assistance in resetting my password and accessing my son's accounts would be greatly appreciated. My sister, Diane Wendt ([redacted]), is assisting me, but we would value your help in this difficult time. Thank you for any guidance you can provide. Christine Halseth (mother).

Hello, my mother and I both had phones linked to her Google account. I recently set up a new phone under my own account, separate from hers. Now, she has lost her phone and we are unable to access her account as she can't recall her password and doesn't have access to her recovery phone or email, which happens to be my old email. We are worried because her account holds important information for both of us. We are urgently seeking assistance on how to regain access to her Google account. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Best regards, Bonita and Timmi Reed.

I unknowingly incurred recurring charges for a service named Google Browser Flash, totaling $27.99 per month on my debit card for over a year. Initially, I mistook the charges for my daughter's phone parental controls. After investigating and discontinuing her controls, the charges persisted on my statement. I have attempted to dispute it through PayPal's online platform, my bank, and via the associated email address with no success. Upon contacting PayPal directly, I learned they could only dispute charges from the past [redacted] days. I am seeking a full refund for all the unauthorized charges as I never subscribed to this service and consider it to be fraudulent.

I am having issues accessing my email account [redacted] I am unable to receive any emails as I got logged out and can't remember the password. Unfortunately, I did not set up a recovery email when creating the account and now I am unable to access it. I tried to create a new email with the same address, but it says the username does not exist. I also attempted the "forgot email" option, but it was not successful. I would appreciate assistance in recovering my account with the same email ID or if needed, removing it completely so I can create a new one. Thank you for your prompt help.

My old phone has stopped working, and I recently replaced it with a new one. Unfortunately, I can't access my Google account due to two-step verification since it requires my old phone for verification. Despite multiple attempts to contact Google and providing a significant amount of information like passwords, IP addresses, linked accounts, and device history, I keep receiving a message saying, "the information you provided was not enough to verify that I own the account [redacted]" I've reached out to Google so many times that I can no longer contact support; the account recovery page only states, "couldn't verify this account belongs to you." Being 15 years old, I'm unable to call Google, and my parents are unwilling to assist. With essential accounts tied to my Google account, like my Microsoft account, I am seeking assistance.

My elderly aunt, over 80 years old, is struggling to access her Gmail emails. Despite not having been to the library due to the pandemic for over 10 months, she is receiving a message stating her password was changed during this time. She did not provide a recovery email address when setting up the account, and her mother's maiden name is not working for password reset attempts. My aunt, although not highly skilled in technology, is usually competent in such matters. As she is unable to resolve this issue herself, I am assisting her in regaining access to her important emails. I am unable to find a way to contact Google directly, and even a hint of her recovery email (which is currently obscured) could be beneficial. I am seeking advice on how to proceed to support her in this situation.
