I am encountering problems using aliases on my Gmail account. I have two work email addresses linked to my primary personal email as I am the owner of the company. Recently, when I attempt to send emails from my Samsung Galaxy S9, they frequently fail to send, and I receive a notification stating that Google has prevented unauthorized access due to a password issue. I exclusively use the Gmail app on my phone and not any third-party applications. The specific message I receive states: "Sign-in attempt was blocked. Someone tried to sign in using your password from a non-Google app. Google has blocked this attempt, but it is recommended to verify your account activity to ensure security." While my passwords are correct, I now encounter the same issue when accessing these accounts online. Initially, everything works smoothly for a few months, but suddenly Google intensifies security measures, preventing me from sending emails and requiring individual sign-ins for each account. I am able to receive and view messages from all three accounts on the main Gmail account, but sending emails is restricted.

I have been unable to access my original Google account, [redacted], for nearly a year now. Since then, I created a new account, [redacted], due to multiple relocations for work, resulting in the loss of my old phone number and the backup account for my wife, [redacted] Despite following all of Google's instructions to recover my original account, they continue to deny access. It seems they are mistaking the two accounts, even though the difference is clear with one having "ll" at the end and the other with a "2." I urgently need help to regain access to my original account and possibly my wife's as they contain important work documents and family photos. I am at a loss for what to do next and appreciate any assistance.

I am seeking assistance with my Gmail email account due to a Facebook security breach. I am attempting to use Google Sheets on a MacBook Pro with OS X El Capitan and the latest version of Firefox. I am encountering two issues. First, when I start Sheets, it advises that the version of Safari I am using is no longer supported, which I dismiss. Second, when trying to print the active spreadsheet using the print icon at the top, it displays an image with margins, but nothing happens when I click continue. I have Firefox in safe mode, disabled all ad blockers, ensured JavaScript is enabled, and accepted cookies. I would like to avoid using Chrome. Any suggestions on what to try next?

I have been using a Gmail account for 19 years. Recently, after a Windows upgrade on my computer, I was prompted to enter my password, which I usually had saved. As an extra security measure, a code was sent to my cell phone for verification. Unfortunately, I input the password incorrectly and now I am locked out of my account. This Gmail account, associated with Oakdale Lumber Co., is crucial for my work. Despite trying to recover it, Google is unable to verify that it is my account. The cell number that always received the passcode is [redacted]. I can still access my email on my iPhone at [redacted], but not on my PC. I urgently need assistance in resetting my Gmail password to regain access to my account.

I am struggling to regain access to my primary email account, [redacted] Despite multiple attempts with Google support over several weeks, the issue remains unresolved. This email account is crucial for managing my finances, my grandson's school affairs, storing photos, and receiving important emails. Although I have created an alternate account to address some of these matters, it is imperative that I recover access to my original account. I have reached out to the Google Accounts Team and provided two forms of ID - my driver's license and Federal Government ID, as I am employed at the Dept of Commerce/Census Bureau/National Processing Center in Jeffersonville, IN. Security clearance and background checks are mandatory for all employees, conducted by the FBI. I am hopeful that with the proof of identity I have submitted, I will be able to regain access to my account. Your assistance in recovering my Gmail account would be greatly appreciated. My Samsung Galaxy S6 had a freezing and crashing issue on Google Chrome, so I thought of updating the app to fix it. I was worried about limited phone memory and the space updates require. Unfortunately, the update didn't solve the freezing/crashing problem. To free up memory, I decided to remove Chrome updates, only to realize that I lost all my data - open tabs, bookmarks, everything, without any warning. Attempting to recover my months-old mobile bookmarks from my PC after syncing hasn't been successful despite being logged in. I am hesitant to log in again for fear of losing my PC bookmarks. Help needed desperately!

About 3 years ago, I inadvertently deleted all the photos and data from my phone while trying to locate it using a feature on Google. Unfortunately, the original phone that had the lost data is no longer functional. I have attempted to reach out to Google several times seeking assistance in recovering the deleted information but have not been successful in connecting with their support team directly. Despite the significant time that has passed, I still feel distressed about the loss of my data and wonder if there is any way to retrieve it. Hello, I am facing difficulties verifying and recovering access to my Google account. I usually use this account to manage my YouTube channel without any issues. Recently, there was an incident with my work email while trying to access Google Classroom. To resolve it, I had to request IT's assistance, and they re-applied the Glow license to my account. This action fixed my work-related problem, but unfortunately, it caused me to be locked out of my YouTube channel on my personal account. Despite attempting the standard verification procedures, the system does not recognize my information. Since I did not have a phone number linked to the account, I have been unable to regain access through that route. Hello, I am A.B. I would like a refund for the AVG SECURE VPN app that I could not set up as it was incompatible with my device. I uninstalled the app and unsubscribed shortly after. This is the second time such an issue has occurred. I have granted Google Play access to my device, labeled RCT6A03W13E, and the AVG app was never utilized. I authorize you to verify this on my device. Regarding another matter, I find your YouTube subscription process misleading. Subscribing without consent results in additional charges for services included without the customer's knowledge. Consumers are made to request refunds for these unauthorized charges. I formally request a refund for the unused AVG VPN app and appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you.

I am having trouble logging my daughter into a Chromebook. When I select "Add Person," it prompts me to enter the Parent Code from the Family Link app. However, when I access the Family Link app on my phone, it takes me to a "Before you start" screen with questions. I confirm my child has a Google Account, leading me to a screen named "Get your child's device." It instructs me to install "Google Family Link for children and teens" via Google Play and enter a setup code. Despite following these steps, I am unable to move past the "Enter parent code" screen on the Chromebook. I attempted retrieving the Parent Code from my Family Management screen on my desktop, but every time I enter it, the Chromebook rejects it, stating "Wrong code. Try again." Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This situation is concerning. I've submitted verification details. As a Homeland Security worker, I urgently require access to my email. I've changed phones and carriers due to COVID. Several months ago, I canceled my G Suite account, but I continue to receive monthly bills for it. The G Suite help center requires signing in to access a phone number for support, yet since I've discontinued G Suite, I can't sign in. When I try using my regular Google account, I'm informed it can't be used for G Suite support. I simply want to halt the billing for a non-existent account.

I am currently unable to sign in or reset my password. It seems that someone has changed my password, resulting in my account being locked. I lack a recovery email but do have a recovery phone set up. Despite being on the device where the account was still active initially, I am now unable to access it as I am prompted to enter a last password and a verification code sent to my recovery phone. However, after inputting the code, I receive a "we need more time" message and a request for an email address for contact. Despite using the same email I had previously used for password resets, I am informed that "Google cannot verify that the account belongs to me." This is my account which I had created, and it was still on the device at the time. I have also attempted to access it from another previously linked device without success. Your assistance in helping me regain access to my account would be greatly appreciated.

My account was hacked into about 1 or 2 weeks ago. I noticed this when I saw Spanish and Korean videos liked on my YouTube account, which I did not watch. I have changed my password since then, but the hacker continues to like random videos. I am unsure if the hacker has access to my Gmail. I checked the devices logged into my Google account and found one unfamiliar device that has not logged in for the past 4 days but is still active in liking videos. I use 2-step verification. I downloaded a torrent around the same time my account was hacked. If I delete the torrents, will the potential virus be removed? If the hacker still has access to my account, should I consider wiping my device and creating a new account?

My phone was stolen, which had my number at [redacted] and my Gmail at [redacted] My husband bought me a new phone, but I need access to my Gmail account to retrieve my contacts.
