After serving a 4-year, 8-month prison sentence, I am having difficulty accessing my Gmail account due to not having access to my old cell phone number for verification. Even trying to send the code to my Yahoo account has been unsuccessful as they cannot verify my identity. Accessing my Gmail account is crucial as it contains important contacts and Xbox information. Despite attempting the account recovery process multiple times and being prompted to use a device I no longer have, I am still unable to regain access. I am in need of assistance to resolve this issue.

I am having trouble logging into my Google accounts. Both of them have two-step verification enabled, and I changed my phone number before disabling this feature. I have the correct username and password for both accounts, but I can't verify the two-step process without my old phone number. The usernames I am trying to access are "Michael.r.morrison420" & "Michaelray020811," and the password for both is (Delta187*). My old phone number is [redacted], and my new one is [redacted]. Please advise on how to rectify this issue promptly. Thank you for your time. - Michael Morrison

My Google Account mysteriously disappeared from my email. I am uncertain why this happened. Google instructed me to click "Reply," which I attempted, but the address provided "[redacted]" was invalid. As an employee at the Illinois Attorney General's office, I need this matter resolved promptly. I attempted to contact Google at 1-[redacted], waited on hold for 45 minutes, and then spoke with a male representative who was hard to understand as he spoke quickly. This level of service is unacceptable.

Hello, my name is Mary Ann. I wanted to share some tips on how to identify scams in advertisements. Recently, I placed an order with a company named Chokerloz, but unfortunately, I did not receive the products I paid for. Upon further research, it seems this is a recurring issue with them. It might be beneficial for Google to have a team member verify the legitimacy of such companies and mark suspicious websites with a red flag. Although my purchase was $57.00, which may not be significant to some, it's important to me as I have a fixed income. I am a big supporter of Google and just wanted to offer this feedback. Thank you, I still appreciate Google but thought this suggestion could be helpful.

I need to assist my boss in upgrading her Google Suite as she requires more space on her Gmail without deleting any emails. She mentioned she is the admin, but when I attempt to update, it prompts me to contact the admin to make the purchase. She does not have any other associated Google accounts to log in as the admin. I have contacted her domain host, but they claim no involvement with her email. I reached out to Google and filled out a form to verify her admin status, but we require a prompt resolution. Thank you.

My husband forgot his password, and I received the verification email. Despite receiving the code and attempting to enter it, the system insists on sending a confirmation to our landline, which cannot receive text messages. When he tries to change it to a cell number, it still requires confirmation via our landline. We are together trying to resolve this issue, but the verification email option is not being utilized. Although we received the code, he is unable to set a new password. Since he cannot access his email at [redacted], can you please send the information to [redacted]? Thank you.

Hello, I am trying to reach out to you because my Google account was hacked. I am unable to recover it as the password and recovery email have been changed. For your protection, you can't sign in here right now. Please contact me urgently at +[redacted]76 or via my Hotmail (Outlook) account [redacted] Thank you.

Google states they are unable to recover my account as they cannot verify my identity. All my cherished photos of my children and pets spanning years are stored there. My email has been associated with various important documents such as resumes and job applications. It is possible I missed out on interview opportunities due to not having access to my email. I am desperate to regain access to my account, especially since my son's account is connected to it. Is there any additional information I can provide that may assist in recovering my account? Thank you. Leann R. [redacted]

I'm attempting to access my former Gmail account. However, it is linked to my old phone number. I'm using my wife's recovery email to receive the verification code. Despite entering the code correctly four times, Google states they couldn't confirm my ownership. I've also accurately answered my security questions.

I recently set up a Gmail account for my business, which got linked to my personal account due to a birthday date mix-up. I now face difficulty creating an Instagram account for my business because of this. I tried to adjust the birthday date without success. Deleting the Gmail account to start afresh isn't an option as I can't reuse the same account. Is there a way to recover the account and have the birthday date corrected from your end? If not, are there any alternative solutions available?

Hello, I recently discovered that someone has been hacking my phone and gaining full access to it. Despite changing my password multiple times, the issue persists. I even had to change my email address, but the problem continued. Samsung suggested it was a Google-related matter to resolve. Upon checking my apps, I noticed many unfamiliar ones that I did not install. I attempted to remove them, successfully deleting some but not all. Unfortunately, the hacker still seems to have access as I can see their activity within the Samsung Account settings under data & personal information. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this concerning issue promptly. Thank you.

I recently formatted my smartphone and unfortunately forgot my Google account login details. I followed the steps provided on google.com/accounts/recovery including providing my last remembered password and successfully completing the phone verification. Now, I am stuck as Google is sending a verification to my old recovery email that I no longer have access to since I closed the account. Despite attempting to verify my account creation date, I cannot remember it, leading me to provide another email for contact which was unsuccessful. I am frustrated as my account remains locked, and I am unable to access important backups and synced data. I believe that phone verification should be sufficient for account recovery. I hope someone from Google can assist me in resolving this issue.

One of my Gmail accounts has been compromised, and I am unable to access it as the password and associated phone number have been changed by the hacker. I believe I can verify my ownership by confirming the connection to my Instagram account, which also got hacked since it shares the same email. The Gmail account in question, [redacted], is linked to my Instagram profile with photos of me, serving as evidence of my ownership. If it's attainable to discuss this matter with a representative, I would appreciate the assistance. My contact number is [redacted].

I recently sold my cell phone and realized I don't have the correct password for my Gmail account. The phone number linked to the account is my Google number, making it impossible for me to receive any verification. Consequently, I'm locked out of my iTunes, iCloud, Google, and bank accounts. I've been unable to resolve this for a week now and I'm at a loss for what to do.

My parents are on the verge of a divorce because of some apps and products linked to Google. They both have Gmail accounts, but currently, only my mom has control over them. She uses the Google "MyActivity" page to monitor my father, who has been unfaithful before. Strangely, the page is showing that apps were downloaded on my dad's phone that he didn't install himself, along with searches he didn't make. This is causing a lot of confusion and tension. I need urgent assistance with this issue. Thank you.

Hello, I used to have access to my account, but I changed my password over a year ago and cannot remember it. The email associated with the account was [redacted] The last password I remember was platinummouse59. However, after breaking up with my ex-girlfriend, I changed it to something like "fuckyoudesirae." I also believe I may have changed it to caneme, llxyz, llzyx123, or stevenmolina, but I cannot recall the exact one. The account has been inactive for a long time, and my Microsoft account is linked to that email. I am unable to prove ownership through the account recovery page and would appreciate the opportunity to verify my identity to regain access.
