Over the last three days, I've received three SMS messages that seem suspicious to me. One of the messages mentions Google verifying a phone number for a device, providing a strange number and a link. I'm reluctant to click on it as I suspect it may be a virus. I can't remember sharing my phone number with any of my Google accounts, and I'm concerned about the possibility of someone trying to hack into my account.

Recently, my phone unexpectedly reset, leading to the loss of all data since I cannot access it anymore. Visiting Verizon, we attempted to resolve the issue by inputting verification codes and sending emails without success. Despite following Google's instructions, I remain locked out of my account. I even tried creating a new account for verification but found myself in an endless loop. This predicament has left me unable to use my device or set up a new one due to the Google account access issue.

After mistakenly entering my password multiple times, I am now locked out of my email account. Despite trying various recovery methods like using my phone number, sending a code to another email, and revisiting the account's creation details, I am unable to regain access. Although I can still check my emails on my iPhone, I am restricted from opening it on other devices, hindering my job search efforts. I am grateful for using 'aol' as my backup email during this challenging time. If anyone has additional suggestions on how to recover my email account, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I attempted to log in using my password that I have been using for months. However, the website now indicates it is invalid. I proceeded to use the "forgot password" option and set a new password. Despite this, I am still receiving the message that it is invalid. I am now locked out of my email account and urgently need assistance to resolve this issue. If you send me an email regarding this matter, how will I be able to login to read the message? Thank you.

I'm having trouble with my password not updating and an unexpected list of charges on Google Play. I typically only download free apps. Additionally, I'm unable to access my banking app due to a Wi-Fi error, even though other apps are working fine. Writing in caps is just easier for me, it's not meant to be shouting.

I have Google's phone service through Project Fi. My Nexus 6P is stuck in a bootloader loop, rendering it unusable. Since my email is tied to my phone, I'm unable to access anything as all verifications are sent via text. Without any device connected to my Google account, I've been locked out and denied access once already. My email contains precious photos of my kids and access to social media accounts like Facebook is impossible without my phone. I urgently need assistance from a human at Google to regain access to my essential account. This situation is causing a lot of distress as I rely on this email for everything.

I noticed that the Google article on "Lawrencetown GAA" featuring my name, Pat McGilloway, contains incorrect information. I did not play hurling for Lawrencetown, instead, I captained the Kiltormer team when we won the [redacted] East Galway Junior hurling championship. In fact, I established the Kiltormer Club in [redacted] and possess some not-so-great photos of the team from that day. I aim to rectify the inaccuracies mentioned in the article's second paragraph.

I keep getting the "Aw, Snap...something went wrong while displaying page" error on Chrome, but ONLY on my desktop. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome multiple times and restarted my computer several times, but the issue persists. Interestingly, Chrome works fine on my tablet, laptop, and phone, while Edge and Internet Explorer work on my desktop. I'm using Windows 10. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Dear Support Team, I am reaching out to express my concerns regarding the font options on Google. I believe there is a need for a broader selection of fonts to enhance creativity in writing. Having access to fresh and unique fonts would greatly improve the user experience. I urge the team to consider introducing more diverse and stylish font choices to cater to different preferences. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Ben Wood

I am the website designer for our community. Our Clubhouse Calendar page functions flawlessly on my computer and for the majority of users. Unfortunately, a small number of users have consistently reported that while they can view the page, they cannot see the Google Calendar embedded within it. I am perplexed as the calendar displays correctly on my end. I am hopeful that there might be a straightforward adjustment we can make on the Google Calendar settings to resolve this issue. Thank you, Robert.

I searched for an AOL tech support phone number online, and the one provided on your website led me to a scam. I mistakenly allowed the scam artist remote access to my computer, thinking it was AOL support. They claimed my computer had significant issues and requested $[redacted] for repairs, but I did not provide any financial details. I trusted your company for reliable information, only to end up being scammed. This experience has shattered my trust in your services.

I need help with using a Samsung Galaxy S7 that I purchased for my wife before we got divorced. Due to the divorce, she changed her email address from [redacted] to [redacted] Unfortunately, I am unable to bypass the "verify your Google account" process after a factory reset, as it requests the last synced account, which is now inaccessible to me. I can provide the purchase invoice from my Google email [redacted] to prove my ownership. I seek advice on how to proceed as the rightful owner of the Samsung Galaxy S7. Thank you for any assistance provided. Warm regards, Michal

My name is Timothy Mayfield. My wife has been changing my Google account without my permission for some time now. She has connected a voice recorder to my phone through her Google account, even though we are no longer on the same phone plan or share the same Google account. I have a new number now, [redacted], as I had to set up a new account to prevent her from accessing my information. We are currently in the middle of a divorce and living in separate locations. Despite this, she continues to access my account and change passwords to keep me out of it. I have relocated back to Pittsburgh a couple of months ago to have a fresh start. My wife's name is Lynnanne Mayfield, her phone number is [redacted], and she lives at [redacted] Forrest Drive, Palmetto, Georgia. We are in the process of having an investigation conducted, but she persists in breaking into my account without my consent.

My husband had to replace his Kindle yesterday. After spending an hour on the phone with Amazon trying to access his account, they suggested we contact Google to help set it back up. The issue is we can't recollect the password, probably because we're both in our eighties (lol). His email is [redacted] We can't access his email without the password, so please contact me at my email address instead.

I previously had a Gmail account under the username [redacted] Some months ago, I closed and deactivated the account. Unfortunately, I am now unable to recover or locate the account. I recently made a purchase accidentally using that account and now I am facing a predicament as it is linked to my credit card details for monthly renewals. I am unable to recreate the same account or access it. I urgently need a solution to this issue.

A few years back, I set up a Gmail account that I rarely used. Recently, as I tried to switch my activities to Gmail, I kept encountering issues with the system not recognizing my account and prompting me to create a new one. Despite multiple attempts, it never resolved. Now, with my new phone, I couldn't transfer my Target app. When I tried to reinstall it, Google (now called Facebook) claims I have no account, even though I just created one this morning. This has left me unable to use the Target app or access my Gmail. There seems to be no customer support available and I am frustrated that they expect payment for such inadequate service. I feel lost in this situation and wonder who is running things.
