I need to contact a representative to file a complaint regarding my experience with Google Ads customer service. I was placed on hold six times during my attempts to seek assistance. On four occasions, I endured waits of over 20 minutes each. When I finally reached a customer service agent, they transferred me back to the same unresponsive line I had been calling. Subsequently, another representative disconnected the call when I requested help. This experience has left me feeling disrespected and mistreated. Despite my efforts to connect with a human to address my concerns, I was unsuccessful each time. The treatment I received was appalling, prompting me to close my ad account prematurely due to my dissatisfaction with Google's service.

I bought Magic Face for a 3-day trial to use as a 'photo booth' app for a 16th birthday party. However, upon using it, the app was not as advertised. I contacted the app's customer support via email to cancel and express my dissatisfaction, but did not get any response. After the trial period, I was charged for the software. I reached out again to request a cancellation and a refund, but still have not heard back. The app did not provide any instructions on how to cancel apart from contacting customer support via email. Despite my efforts to cancel within 10 minutes of downloading in writing, I have not been successful in getting a response from the developer.

I am seeking a refund from the developer of an app called 'Magic Face.' The app did not work as described and was much more limited than what was shown in the preview. The process to cancel was not clear within the app, and the only contact method provided was a customer service email. I emailed them to cancel within ten minutes of starting the three-day trial, but I was still charged the full amount after the trial ended. I contacted them again for a refund with no response. I believe that if a written request for cancellation was made during the 'free trial' period, there should have been a reply or instructions if it was not done correctly. I paid $94.99 via my bank account on September twelfth for an app I planned to use at a sixteenth birthday party at the end of the month.

I have an old YouTube account linked to my Rediffmail email. I have the login credentials for both Rediffmail and YouTube. However, when trying to access my account, Google prompts me to verify my identity by sending an OTP to my registered mobile number, which I no longer have access to. I chose the option to verify via email instead. After following the steps, I received a message saying that I can access the contact email but Google couldn't verify that the account belongs to me.

Hi! I would like to share the link below with you. I am wondering if this is a secure method to access my Google account. Lately, Chrome has been repeatedly prompting me to log in to my Google account without any apparent reason. Today, it asked me to create a new Chrome user profile, select an icon, and re-enter my Google account credentials, consequently wiping out all my browsing history. I now need to reconfigure all my accounts as if I were a new Chrome user, even though I never signed out from any of them. I also didn't shut down my computer overnight for updates, and if any were installed, I didn't receive any notifications about it. I am having trouble downloading KineMaster from the Google Play Store. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing data and cache, and even attempting to download from the browser. When I try from the browser, the app logo shows up, but when it asks for my password to grant permissions, it just loops endlessly after I enter the correct password. I am in China but use a VPN, so location shouldn't be an issue. Strangely, I can download other apps without a problem. I have a Vivo Y55A phone running Android version 6.0.1. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I need help removing the "Paused" message from my account that appears in the upper left-hand corner of my screen. Google prompts me to enter my email to remove it, but it doesn't accept my password. Additionally, they mention sending a code to authenticate my account but it never comes through. I've been attempting to resolve this for three days now, and it's becoming very frustrating.

I've been struggling to access my accounts for two months since misplacing my device. Regrettably, I relied on a friend's iPhone 8 to log in and changed my recovery details temporarily. I need help, my account has been hacked. I made a mistake and shared my account and password with someone who then changed my password and locked me out of my account. They removed my security options and I can't verify it's mine because they made changes. The Gmail account affected is [redacted] I am currently in Japan but I am from the Philippines. I can provide evidence that it's my account such as my birth certificate or a picture of my passport. If you detect that my Google account is being accessed from a country other than Japan or the Philippines, it's a hacker. I need assistance in recovering my account as the hacker is asking for money and has control over everything connected to the account, preventing me from taking screenshots. An unauthorized individual accessed my Gmail account around 9:25 am EST on November 28th. The access lasted about 9 minutes until I noticed and took action by signing out all sessions and changing my password. I am currently involved in legal proceedings, and the outcome may have serious repercussions for either party. Much of the evidence is stored in my Gmail account. The IP address of the intruder's device points to the defendant's location in the city. I also made a note of the device model used to access my account. While I didn't see any immediate red flags in my evidence, I am curious if there is a way to determine their actions. Is it possible to obtain the MAC address of the unauthorized device for further investigation?

I received an email notifying me of a $99 payment due in December for service renewal for the upcoming year. I previously discussed this and was offered a different plan to extend coverage until [redacted] for $[redacted] total, which I accepted even though I am 85 years old. I have a Gmail account and currently visiting family in the USA, specifically in Iowa. Unfortunately, I'm unable to sign in since I'm using a different device and in a different country from my usual location in South Africa. Today, I factory reset my phone and now I can't remember the password for my main Gmail account. I've tried everything, including creating a new account to try and recover it, but nothing is working. I really need this email as it has important information including my online banking details. I can access Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram with the email, but I just can't get into the email itself. I recently got a new iPhone but have forgotten the password to my Gmail account. Despite answering all the recovery questions correctly, I'm unable to verify my identity. Even when accessing my email on my iPad where I'm automatically signed in, the recovery process isn't successful. I'm using the app on my iPad while being logged in to my email. I have forgotten my Google password for the account [redacted] To recover my account, Google is asking me for my last remembered password, phone number, and recovery email account. I have my last remembered password and phone number, but not the recovery email. When I try to recover my account and enter the OTP sent to my phone, Google accepts it. However, when they ask for a recovery email address and I don't have one, I click on "try another option" and provide a different Gmail address. Google sends a verification code, but after entering it, I receive a message saying "Google can't verify it's me." Can someone help me with recovering my account?

I am currently in the hospital due to a hacker who has disabled multiple devices over the past few months. Despite having assistance from Google teams, the hacker has caused significant issues with my phones, leading to data overuse and physical repercussions like pressure on my spinal cord. This situation has resulted in the loss of my contacts, jobs, housing, and even legal troubles due to manipulated court dates. The hacker has caused immense disruption in my life, and although I have reached out to Google for help, the situation persists. I am now homeless, undergoing medical treatment, and in desperate need of assistance. I urge Google to take action against the hackers named Spencer Hummel and Rusty Hawthorne to alleviate my suffering and prevent further financial and personal harm. I possess skills in identifying hacked phones quickly and wish to use this ability to help others in similar situations. I am open to any support Google can offer to resolve this distressing ordeal.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account [redacted] My Galaxy S9, which had the phone number [redacted], was taken by my ex-boyfriend.
