On Sunday **th June **** I was going through Goole on my iphone and noticed an ad for a cooler air unit by Happy Shopping. I thought this would be a good gift for my daughter and bought one. Within * hour she told me she had one and did not need another. I contacted the company who had already cleared my PayPal payment like lighting. I was told that they were processingmy order and that I could not cancel it. The only way for a refund was for me to RETURN the unit. Now, I have to pay for return postage and insurance. This is against the regulations in sellers agreements. They show on a page that they can CANCEL orders but DO NOT give you a form or link to do so. I have sent about ** emails etc telling them NOT to post is as I do not want it. All being ignored. They keep saying the order is being processed, yet they state that processing is done Monday to Friday *am - *pm. I bought mine on a Sunday! I am ** years old and on a state pension and can ill afford to be forced to pay return postage and insurance. I am no fool, the postage costs to send it to me is built into the selling price. They lose nothing by all this.*I think that you should be looking at this company using you for their illegal sales methods. They are pulling you into the frame by you allowing such practices.*Regards*Archie Lovatt************
