I have always struggled with technology and have relied on friends or family to set up my email accounts. Whenever I changed phones, I would end up creating a new email because I couldn't remember the details of the old one. However, I am most worried about my email [redacted] as it contains precious baby pictures of my kids that I don't have saved anywhere else. The phone with the pictures got damaged, and I can't recall the login details. If there is a way to verify my identity by describing people in the account, I am willing to provide my full name and birthday. These pictures are irreplaceable, and I have been trying to recover access for a long time.

Hello, I would like help understanding if my Law Office, listed under Bradley C. Gerlach, has ever appeared on Google using the domain WWW.BGLAWOFFICE.COM, with an address in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. I am curious if my office was also listed under WWW.BCGLAWOFFICE.COM for Criminal Law, Family Law, and Social Security Disability in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. I am questioning if Google requires specific criteria such as a business address, office building picture, and suite number to list or remove my office. I have been advised by Ebony Johnson from Townsquare Interactive that these conditions can impact my Google listing and page rank delay. Can you clarify if these statements are accurate? Lastly, I am curious if Ms. Johnson or Townsquare Interactive are assisting in optimizing my Google presence for Criminal Law, Family Law, and Social Security Disability. I am experiencing a difficult situation as my Gmail account got hacked. This account is essential as it holds important information, such as credit card details, that my late fiancé and I shared. Recently, I left my accounts open, allowing a new acquaintance access to change all my account details. I have tried to regain control of my accounts but he has altered everything, including my contact information. I was devastated to learn tonight that the Elton John concert tickets I bought in February may be invalid as they are from a third-party seller. I am feeling extremely low and upset. I had no idea Viagogo was a third-party site, and it is disheartening. I used to hold Google in high regard and defended it, but this incident has shattered my trust. Seeing Viagogo at the top of the concert ticket search results on Google is bewildering. Despite feeling angry at Google, I blame myself more due to my current state of depression. I feel lost and don't know what to do. This situation needs attention. Viagogo should not be featured prominently in search results as they are an unethical company.

My 11-year-old sister's Gmail account is [redacted] Unfortunately, we discovered a virus on her phone resulting in a charge of 12€ for mymobiplanet on our mobile plan. Despite Google's inability to refund the lost money, I cleaned her phone and noticed the account was linked to a phone number and recovery email not associated with us. This raises concerns about her privacy and information on the account. I kindly request assistance in recovering the account to implement proper 2-step verification and update all relevant passwords. Alternatively, if recovery is not feasible, I prefer the account to be deleted, even if linked to her YouTube account, to safeguard our information. I need assistance accessing my original Google account, [redacted] I have another recovery account, [redacted], but cannot verify the Google account as I no longer have the associated phone number. I am unable to update it to my new phone number and have been locked out for two months. Despite the account being charged for YouTube services, I cannot access it. I am the legitimate account holder but am using new devices and phone numbers. The last phone associated with [redacted] was a Galaxy Note 9 that was stolen. I am now residing in Denver, although I am originally from Louisiana. After reinstalling Google Chrome, I've been encountering issues with the sync pausing whenever I close the browser. Despite turning off the Keep data only until you quit local browser option and experimenting with the account consistency flag settings, I haven't found a solution. I'm using Windows 10, where Chrome is my default browser and all apps are permitted to sync. My settings show that my account is linked to my Google account with all the necessary permissions. Interestingly, my MacBook Pro running Chrome isn't experiencing this problem, and I didn't have this issue prior to the reinstallation. It's been bothersome to deal with for over a week now. I've noticed a fleeting red error message when I try to resume sync, but it doesn't provide much insight.

I started my Netflix account three months back. Five days after my free trial ended, I encountered login issues. I attempted various troubleshooting steps but could not resolve the problem. I searched for Netflix's help center phone number online, but my calls did not go through. After the trial, Netflix double-billed me. I attempted to seek help to no avail. This month, they charged me twice again. I am requesting assistance from Netflix to connect me with a consultant to address my login issues and potentially cancel my account over the phone. I have discovered defamatory content and pictures associated with an expunged case when searching online. I have informed the original sources, but they seem to expect me to resolve the issue myself. I am reaching out for assistance as this situation has escalated to a point where my family's safety is at risk. I would like to discuss the removal of all information related to this nearly four-year-old matter involving Dr. Elizabeth McNeill Byrd. The mug shots, text, and details from the NCMED board are all linked to the expulsion order. Given the mishandling of Google services by certain individuals, it is imperative that any content associated with Dr. Byrd is eliminated. There is a dangerous individual connected to this misleading information who has a history of violence and is proficient in manipulating Google. It is important to note that state medical boards have their own platforms for sharing professional information, making the misuse of Google concerning. I believe that the dissemination of such content by newspapers or law enforcement through Google is unethical. I recently received a call informing me of a supposed account hack, blaming a new bank teller. The caller claimed to be from a Special Unit for Scams, asking for help to catch the hackers. They directed me to purchase Google Play Cards from specific locations, which I did. Luckily, my husband intervened, recognizing it as a scam. Being a senior, the $[redacted] loss is significant. I still have the cards and receipts, although they are worthless as the scammers already have the card numbers. I am wondering if Google could reimburse me given the unfortunate situation that has drained all my funds. Thank you, Dianne Bird.

I am a bit confused. I recently checked my browser history and noticed it was geared towards developers, which is more advanced than my knowledge. I then attempted to turn off developer mode on my device to align with the perception that I am a developer. However, upon checking my device info, it indicated that developer mode was on. I then tried to disable it. While browsing the web, I stumbled upon a hidden folder that contained my email and seemingly my password, although I am uncertain about what transpired exactly. I need help accessing my Gmail account. I changed the password last October and now I can't remember it despite trying for months. I know when the account was created, the previous password, and the recovery email connected to it. However, Google can't verify my ownership as all my previously signed-in devices are lost, and the phone number linked to the account is outdated. I even tried contacting the current owner of the old phone number for the verification code but to no avail.
