Appeared someone may have tried to access my account so Google prompted me to change password. I did so yesterday but did not write it down and cannot what I selected! trying to access my account today, I selected "Forgot my password" option - *st step was to enter my email - done. *nd step was for Google to send me a message on my phone asking confirming this was me - done. Then Google wants to email a confirmation but for some reason the email they indicate is clearly not my email - they obscure most of the characters but it ends with"@ou...com" but my email is *****@***.com and always has been. Selecting "Try another way" then requires the month and year that I established my Google account. Well I certainly don't know that. No secret questions, no access, no luck - need to access someone that can clear the account so I can enter a new password
