Help with my Google issue
GetHuman-anthomar's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
Google doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-anthomar will need to dig through the advice provided by Google, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-anthomar can let us know if they help or not.

The issue in GetHuman-anthomar's own words
I tried putting a phone case on and screwed everything up... ... I recently purchased a new samsung galaxy note * from sams club. The phone is a verizon model. My phone number is ***-***-****. During the time of upgrade, I mistakenly put the phone case of my old phone (samsung galaxy s* edge) on backwards. This caused the volume down button and the power button to be pressed simultaneously. Needless to say, the phone started a factory reset. There are * possible e-mails linked to that phone, all of which I can't recover. (Well I recovered, "*****@***.com") But as for anthomart**@gmail and anthonymartin****@gmail I can't recover. Apparently one of the just mentioned two is the primary one the galaxy s* edge. The phone is in working condition, I just upgraded so my son could have the s* edge. We have tried everything imaginable as well as every option offered by google support forums. I don't know if there is anything you can do to help but I can pull up all the documentation from the s* from when it was purchased. All the serial numbers* IMEI* etc should prove the phone belongs to me. I have since made a new gmail account and have made sure I have an alternate email set up to ensure this never happens again. If there is anything I can do, please let me know. I will try and provide you with anything needed to get this phone operable again. Thank you for your time.**Kind Regards,*Anthony M Martin*(***) ***-**********@***.com******@***.com --- My new account
It was a freak accident. It is frustrating because I didn't have the proper recovery settings set up.
Any way to access the s* again would make my week.
* years. I love the services offered. I just made a rookie mistake and now its costing me my s*.
