I am unfamiliar with this company and did not authorize this payment. Despite contacting Flo Health, they confirmed I do not have an account with them under the name Laura Dick or the email [redacted] The initial transaction seems pending as of Monday, July 26, [redacted], but I received a second debit alert with bank charges, resulting in 18,[redacted].20 Naira debited with reference [redacted]31. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue and obtaining the transaction ID. Thank you.

My 8-year-old grandson made in-app purchases totalling SGD299 in a game app without our consent, changing the payment method to charge to the mobile phone bill. We only discovered these charges when we received the phone bill, causing a shock. I contacted the mobile phone provider, who advised me to reach out to Google Play for a refund. Despite several attempts, only one transaction was approved, leaving the others rejected. It's unreasonable for us to bear this hefty cost for purchases made by a child without our knowledge. Any guidance or assistance on how to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.

In February, I signed up for a free week trial of the Taimi - LGBTQI+ Dating, Chat, and Social Network app. I distinctly remember unsubscribing before the deadline. Despite unsubscribing several months ago due to a phone change, I discovered $15.99 was being automatically debited from my account weekly since late February, totaling around $[redacted]. This was unbeknownst to me as I transitioned from an Android to an iPhone and couldn't locate the subscription in my current or prior subscriptions on my new phone. I demand a full reimbursement as the deductions were unauthorized. I used the app only once, unsubscribed, and removed it from my previous device. Realizing the continuous charges recently has prompted me to seek a refund for the funds taken without my consent.

I unwittingly purchased $[redacted] worth of Google Play cards, each valued at $[redacted], only realizing later that I was scammed. Though retrieving the funds seems improbable, I have contacted Bank of America, who promptly canceled and is reissuing my cards. As it is late on Friday and due to Covid-related reduced services, I will have to wait until early Saturday morning (8/14) to make a formal report. On June 29, [redacted], and July 29, [redacted], I noticed two unauthorized charges on my debit card, which was used as a credit card. The charges were for Google *Audiomac in Mountain View, CA, totaling $4.99, and were processed under the accounts [redacted] or [redacted] My name is Jacqueline (Jackie) Tate, and my bank is United Credit Union in Mexico, Missouri. Due to these charges, my bank has applied $25.00 overdraft fees each month, causing financial strain. I believe my card was compromised as I only used it months ago for an 8-ball pool game. I usually expect my Google Play account payment to be taken out on the 18th of each month. However, this month in August, the payment was withdrawn a day early, resulting in an overdraft in my bank account. I have been a Google Play customer for over 3 years, and this is the first time the payment was not on the 18th. This situation has led to problems with my bank and my spouse, resulting in $45 in overdraft fees. I believe that because this change in payment date caused the issue, Google should cover the overdraft fees. Please consider reimbursing the $45 or providing a one-time credit for the next five months as compensation. Otherwise, I will have to cancel my subscription and refrain from using any Google services.

I have noticed unauthorized charges on my PayPal account for a word program over several months. As I am visually impaired with 20/[redacted] eyesight, I rely on my husband to help me discover these charges through email notifications. Upon checking my PayPal account, I found these charges which I never authorized as I typically use a different payment method. The financial impact of these unauthorized charges has been significant, especially during these challenging times where many people, including those in California, are facing unemployment since March. I have already stopped any future payments to you, but I need a refund for all the unauthorized charges. I download free games but have never made any purchases through them. I purchased a Google Play card from Walmart and loaded $[redacted] onto it. Upon trying to redeem it, I received an error message stating the code had already been used on a different account. I am the only one who had access to the card, so I am unsure how this could have occurred. I have the receipt and card with me. How can I go about getting a refund for this issue? Is there a way to track where and by whom the card was used? This situation has made me question the security of Google Play cards if someone was able to access the funds so quickly. Hello, I recently installed the Bitdefender antivirus on my phone. I've been using it on my PC, and my whole family has been using this antivirus with a valid subscription for years. Since it covers smartphones too, I used Bitdefender Central to send an email to my phone to register another device under my subscription. Everything was going smoothly until suddenly Google Play intervened, claiming that I had purchased this antivirus program again. This confused me, so I decided to resolve it by installing Bitdefender Central. However, instead of just installing my program, I ended up with an extra subscription. Can you believe that? I kindly request that you cancel both purchases or subscriptions. I do not want to pay twice for things I already have.

I need to report being scammed by a person claiming to be Steve Smith, manager from Premium IT services, also known as RightFix-Complete IT Support. On 8/31/[redacted], I was instructed to buy Google Play gift cards to refund an overpayment made to me remotely. Feeling suspicious, I complied due to remote access granted to my laptop. The gift cards purchased were: 25.00(5), 50.00(10), and [redacted].00(10). I also bought Walmart gift cards to cover the excess. Can the card numbers be tracked and payments stopped? Thank you.

I bought a Google Play Card from a retailer and accidentally scratched off some of the redemption code. I have been in contact with Google Play support via email and provided pictures of the card and proof of purchase. Initially, they mentioned Covid safety measures and advised me to seek help from the retailer. The retailer couldn't assist as Google Play had already been paid. I continued emailing the customer support team and sent more pictures as requested. Now, Google Customer Service has informed me they cannot help with damaged cards. I only need assistance with redeeming the card as the serial number and barcode are intact. I have requested a manager to contact me, but have not received a response. My sister's email was hacked, and I received a fraudulent email requesting I purchase $[redacted] Google Play cards for her niece. Later, the hacker asked for more cards worth $[redacted]. After buying and sending the $[redacted] worth of cards, before sending the $[redacted] cards, I discovered the hack. The two $[redacted] cards remain unused. My sister's email was hacked. The hacker sent me an email pretending to be her and asked me to buy a $*** Google card for her niece. I bought one and sent the code. Then the hacker asked for two more cards for $***.** each. Before sending those, my sister called to say she was hacked. I still have the two unused cards worth *** dollars each. Despite our requests for details such as the specific items purchased or their identifiers, O2 indicated that only Google Store holds this information. Notably, O2 disclosed that our daughter allegedly subscribed to a high-cost service with Google Play on December 26, [redacted], when she was only 9 years old. Although she did not use her phone for three weeks in August, the charges continued unabated. While O2 reportedly halted the subscription following discussions with their customer service, seeking a refund necessitates contacting Google Play directly. Having engaged in online conversations with Google Play advisors using our daughter's account created in April [redacted] for educational purposes during lockdown, they indicated that she had bought four films, denying any ongoing subscriptions. However, to pursue a refund for specific goods sold by Google Play, we require the unique identifiers of the products, which O2 fails to provide. Despite extensive searches on our daughter's devices, no evidence of additional accounts or subscriptions surfaced. I acknowledge O2's limitations in acting without your intervention and anticipate your prompt response, which is vital for escalating the matter to the Ombudsman.
