The issue in GetHuman-bjmacdou's own words
On March **, I was the victim of an email scam asking me to purchase a $*** Google Play card, supposedly for a friend. I did so, and sent the PIN number to the scammer, but almost immediately realized I had been tricked. I had just started a chat with Google Play to see what I could do when the scammer emailed me again to complain that I had not activated the card. The Google play rep said that was good, the scammer could not use the card, and I should simply contact my credit card issuer to cancel the charge. I did that, and BMO said they would reverse the charge. Yesterday they contacted me to say they would NOT reverse the charge after all. So I want to know how I can get the $*** refunded, since the card will never be used.
