I need Google to step in and discuss this issue with the developer Jelly Button about their game Boardkings.

Help with my Google Play issue

i am trying to get google to ask the developer why is this happening, how can we fix it, and how can we prevent this from happening again? ... The issue is with the game BoardKings. The developer is Jelly Button. I have been dealing with big issues for * months now with the game. I would forget about it if I have not already invested well over $***.**. It started out I and others that play the game would not get the full features that went with the packs we'd pay for. It has now escalated to not being able to play the game I paid for. For example, on December **th, the last day I have been able to play the game, I spent $**.**. On the **th, I clicked the game and it loaded as normal, but then it opened up to someone elses board I must have traveled to the day before, and as soon as I touch the screen I get an error. It will say Something went wrong and numbers indicating the error. I first cleared the caches and restarted my phone. It didn't fix anything. I attempted three times to uninstall and reinstall the game and clearing caches, but nothing changed. I am on the *th day of not being able to play. Meanwhile, my board that I paid for and worked hard to get, is being demolished by those that are not suffering from the same error I am. This similar thing happened * weeks ago, however it fixed itself or something and within * days I could get into my board and play. I have sent several messages to get help with this matter and reaching out to Google is my last resort other than getting the Better Business Bureau involved. i have DM'ed them on Twitter, posted tweets on my twitter account and on Boardkings. I have emailed Jelly Button and Boardkings multiple times. I took * screenshots and sent them to both Jelly button and I have literally only gotten computer-generated messages over the last * days that I haven't been able to play. Jelly Button said to reach out to Boardkings via Facebook. Even though I don't like Facebook, I did. I got one message and I strongly believe it is auto-generated. I am literally at the end of my rope. Please, if you can, help me. I need someone with authority to make this stop. It is happening to a few other people as well. The getting ripped off not getting what we pay for or not receiving the prize we won entirely as it says we will or whatever. The biggest issue for myself and at least ** others, I found on Twitter alone, have been ripped off not like $*, like $** or more a pack. It will say you will get this, this, and this and you and up getting less than half the rolls it says you're paying for a quarter of the coins and gems are always missing. And it continues to happen because no one does anything about it. there is no rule being enforced. I am currently suffering from a lethal medical condition at **, so I cannot work. I feel it is my purpose to speak for these other people who are frustrated but don't have the time to write to people and try to find help. I hope that you will find it in your hearts to help me stop this developer from taking money from people and causing certain profiles(like mine) to have glitches or bugs and never fixing them. Or waiting to fix them so I will spend a fortune repairing my board. I would like them to either fix the damage done to my board while I was unable to protect it and I most definitely want some of my money back. I am truly begging for your help.
I have reached out to them so many times and it is astounding how they ignore me. I am not alone I found others on Twitter alone that have suffered from this game and BoardKings does nothing to help them either. I appears they are getting away with theft.
I would like my money back for the packs I havent been able to use because my profile has been inaccessable for * days. I would like all the damage done to my board, which I know is going to cost me money to fix, I would like BoardKings to fix it because of their lack of communication with me over the last * days. This would be different if over the last * months, once i was higher up in levels the chronic ripping off began. I would right away notify them, but all they would say is it appears in our system you received all of the contents of the pack. if I did I certainly wouldn't be complaning. I would be doing anything else.
I have been a customer of this game for over a year. I have made countless purchases. I play multiple times per day every day, until my profile suddenly started getting what appears like viruses.
clearing all caches first multiple times. then i uninstalled and reinstalled the game * times. I did a round of cache clearing and uninstalling and reinstalling once for each day i just havent done it today yet.
