Hello, I've been playing the game "Rise of Kingdoms" for quite some time and have invested significantly in it. Recently, a player named "LegendRhony" won a war against the entire kingdom, surprising everyone and sharing the victory on YouTube. Shockingly, there have been reports of developers granting free in-game items to certain users, including "LegendRhony," providing them an unfair advantage. This violates Google's Terms of Service and is unjust to players who have spent their own money in the game. It's essential to address these issues promptly, as this behavior is unacceptable. Today in Dischord, I learned that during an active battle, the developers of Rise of Kingdoms unfairly intervened by giving extra items to a content creator who was losing. Many users, including myself, are upset about the actions of the YouTuber and Rise of Kingdoms player TheLegendRhony. I have invested $[redacted] in this game since September [redacted] across various Kingdoms. The interference of Lilith devs to help a player being attacked is unacceptable. I used to enjoy this game, despite knowing it was pay-to-win, but the recent events have changed my perspective. Additionally, an event was canceled, and I only received a fraction of the rewards I deserved despite spending a significant amount of Action Points. I am requesting a full refund from the Rise of Kingdoms developers, previously known as Rise of Civilizations. Please respond promptly.

However, it came to light that the game developers gave him free in-game perks to strengthen his account during the conflict. This unfair advantage goes against Google's Terms of Service and is unjust to players who have spent their own money to progress. I am experiencing difficulty enrolling my Mastercard debit card in the payment methods section on the Play Store. Previously, I had successfully enrolled and used the same card for online purchases within applications and games. However, recently my card started getting declined while attempting to make purchases within an app. I removed the card from the payment methods section and now when I try to re-enroll it, I receive an error message instructing me to check the card number details or use another card. I am certain the details are correct and the card itself functions properly, as I am able to make purchases using it on the Apple App Store. I have made significant in-app purchases on a game, unfortunately, my progress has been lost, and the game support team is unable to recover it as it's not saved on Google servers. Despite the game being visible both to me and the support team, they are unable to restore it. I am seeking a refund for the purchases I made on the lost game or to transfer these purchases to a new game ID within the same application. I have created a new game ID on the same app and have made additional purchases without any issues, aside from the inability to retrieve my lost game progress.

I am requesting a full refund for transactions made in the game Rise of Kingdoms. I am extremely displeased with how the game has treated paying players like myself. The developers and game managers have been providing select players (referred to as "Content Creators") with in-game resources in a secretive manner, giving them an unfair advantage over other players, including paying ones, at no cost. Moreover, the game has been giving sponsored players an abundance of exclusive items that regular players, including paying ones, can only acquire through gambling mechanisms like spinning a wheel or using keys to open chests. This practice is unacceptable as it creates preferential treatment. Sponsored players are receiving significant in-game resources to influence major battles, a privilege not extended to ordinary paying players like me. I am appalled by the developer's actions and believe they are unethical. It is evident that regular players cannot compete with sponsored individuals, regardless of the money and effort invested. Therefore, I am formally requesting a refund of all transactions made to Rise of Kingdoms by Lilith Games due to the unjust and unlawful treatment of players. Thank you.

Dear Community, I am Yean from Malaysia. I recently topped up my game account for Rise of Kingdoms, developed by Lilith. There have been reports and admissions from Lilith regarding unfair advantages given to select players by providing free content privately. This has created an uneven playing field where those not receiving these benefits feel they cannot compete no matter how much they spend. This fraudulent activity has compromised the game experience for many players like myself who feel they are at a disadvantage. I recently purchased an ebook titled "Mental Health Emergencies: A Guide To Recognising and Handling Mental Health Crisis" for Rs [redacted]/-, but I was billed Rs [redacted]/-. I tried to address this billing issue through your website's help section, but could not find an email address to contact. Instead, I was led to a refund section where I clarified that I wanted to keep my order and only needed the excess amount refunded. Unfortunately, it seems my request was misunderstood, and my order was cancelled, causing me to lose my bookmarked page in the book. I would appreciate it if my order could be reinstated at the correct price, and if you could restore the page where I left off reading. Having a direct email contact would have prevented this frustration.

I was awarded VIP status by Coin Master and Moon Active on 21.01.[redacted] with promises of special benefits and extra events managed by a helpful manager. However, I recently discovered that my manager is merely a salesperson, and the special benefits were falsely advertised. It seems that the VIP status is a deceptive tactic to extract more money from players, as the cost of progression in the game is significantly higher for VIP players. The prices to buy items are inflated, and the odds of winning have been altered to push players to make more purchases with little chance of success. When I presented evidence of these fraudulent activities, both the manager and Coin Master denied any wrongdoing, disregarding the issue. I demand a refund for all purchases made since becoming a VIP, as I feel deceived and cheated. I urge Google Play to investigate these unethical practices.

They promised to deliver the car within 24 hours to a person named Deenanath Panday in Jaipur with the pin code [redacted]. They are now showing the same car for [redacted] rupees. I purchased an app named A+ VCE on the Google Play Store last year from my phone. I am uncertain of the exact amount I paid, but I believe it was approximately $30-$40. The issue I am facing is that the app is no longer functioning, even though it is still installed on my device. Upon searching the Google Play Store, I could not locate the app. Additionally, I checked my purchase history on the Google Store, but the transaction does not appear there either. What should be my course of action in this situation? Hello Frizza Support, I wanted to bring to your attention that I recently filed a complaint against your app in the consumer court on April 30th, [redacted], at 12:00 p.m. I have been in touch with your customer service team via email at FRIZZA SUPPORT, new.frizza.com, but unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response. Even the option to call for assistance is unavailable. Following your suggestion, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the same issue persists. I am frustrated because the app seems to be draining my data and battery without providing any benefit. I have tried using the app on two different mobile devices with the numbers [redacted] and [redacted], but the problem of transferring funds to Paytm remains unresolved. After realizing that others are facing similar problems as I am, I have decided to escalate my concerns by filing a complaint. If you can provide a solution promptly, credit my balance to Paytm, and resolve the issues, I am willing to reconsider my reviews and actions. Last Friday, my husband underwent hip surgery at the VA in Little Rock. Unfortunately, during that time, my notebook was left behind with a friend. Apparently, their daughter accessed the notebook, and due to the icons on the front, accidentally made purchases from my account over the span of Friday to yesterday. It wasn't malicious, but it highlights how easily this can happen. As soon as I regained access to my iPad, I promptly secured it to prevent further unauthorized transactions. I kindly request a refund for the money spent. The girl involved was only nine years old, and I believe she was unaware of the consequences of her actions.

I've had a Google Play Music subscription since [redacted] at the $7.99 rate. Unfortunately, my April payment didn't go through because my card was deactivated. I've updated my account with my new card and confirmed the old one has been removed. Despite this, I don't see the April transaction in my Order History or bank account. Hily Corp has charged two different credit cards - one for $14.99 and one for $16.99, despite me contacting Google multiple times to block these unauthorized charges. I raised this issue in April, and it's now May. I want the charges returned to Capital One immediately. I have been a long-time Google customer, and I expect them to resolve this as many others have faced the same problem with Hily Corp's unauthorized charges. Google should take responsibility for allowing this company to advertise on its platform.

I have dedicated time to playing Mafia City for several months, and recently they introduced a new game feature called the Contracting Agency. I personally believe this addition has become a significant game element and has diminished the effectiveness of other core aspects of the game. I used to find enjoyment in playing the game, but now I am disheartened by the recent changes and feel like my time has been wasted. I have reached out to the game developers twice via email to request a refund, only to receive what appears to be a generic response stating they do not offer refunds. I find this treatment unfair to players like myself who took pleasure in meticulously planning each move in the game, only to have it disrupted by a feature like this. I believe I should have the right to a refund or some form of compensation for the investments made prior to this modification.

Hello, During the end of March and throughout April, several games were purchased on my Google Play account. I only recognize one of the charges and find the others to be excessive. I did not authorize Google Play to charge my data/internet host company account for these apps. I contacted Google Play through email three weeks ago regarding this matter but have not received a response, which is frustrating. I intentionally purchased some games, but I should not have paid for them through my internet host service. I am requesting a refund as soon as possible. I have tried to follow the online instructions for refund applications through my account purchase history, but have been unsuccessful even after a week.
