The issue in GetHuman-pratier's own words
I used Google Play services to purchase a package on tinder app called tinder gold. I put in the details of my debit card and was directed to payment page where I inserted my OTP. Rs. *** were deducted from my bank account i.e. the amount of subscription. A notification popped up saying "your card doesn't allow recurring payment option." Therefore, the subscription was not activated. After this I tried another subscription tinder play, hoping this would go through without realizing that the amount for the first subscription was already deducted. Same procedure happened as mentioned above and the amount of Rs. *** was deducted. The same notification came up and the subscription was not activated. Please help me getting my refund of Rs. ***. I have message receipts which were delivered to me from my bank after the amount was deducted.*Thank you. Hope you can fix this.
