A purchase of $*** was made on my google play account on February **th **** by my * year old son accidentally. He was playing on my phone and I noticed too late that he had made a purchase by accident even though my account is set to always ask for my password before allowing a purchase. He obviously does not know my password so it should not have worked yet it does. I had to delete the whole app to prevent this from happening again. I wrote in and explained and was approved for a refund, but realized it happened twice. I understand that your policy may only allow one refund which I am fine with however, I do not want either purchase and am more than willing to have the items returned but the $* order is not as big of a deal to me as the $*** order. I keep receiving vague emails saying I do not meet requirements for a refund yet get no explanation as to why. I am only asking for ONE refund but I did not even realize that a purchase of $*** could even be made, never mind by a * year old boy. Can you please explain why I do not qualify for a refund for this purchase? I have given your company money on many occasions in the past and I am not asking for anything free. Take back all the purchased items please! I am a single mom and cannot afford this huge purchase! My son needs diapers and food and now because he clicked a screen we will go without! Please help or direct me to someone who can!
