For refunds you will need to call Care Credit directly. There are a few ways to attempt to get a refund. One by calling and the other by contacting your bank to get cancel the transaction.

Hi **So far what I've read on your site has been very thorough and helpful, so thank you for that.**So anyway this is what happened..**I downloaded and subscribed to the Ultimate Guitar Pro app on my Android phone on ** January ****. I then chose a free trial that was free for * days until a charge of €**.** was due to go out of my account. It stated while and after subscribing, that I was entitled to cancel at any time before the * days were up and there would be no charge.**I did not enjoy the app, and intended on cancelling this subscription before *th February. However after a card payment declined yesterday (Wednesday *th February ****), I checked my account and lo and behold, the app had charged the €**.** from my account already! A day before the free trial was up!!!**I then received this email from the Google Play Support team after demanding a refund and sending the above message to their support centre:**"Hi,* *We received your refund request for Ultimate Guitar Pro (Ultimate Guitar: Chords & Tabs). We can confirm this item is free. As you were not charged for this order, no refund is necessary.**If you'd like to check this, you can confirm that you weren’t charged in your Google Payments profile under Subscriptions and services * Other purchase activity * View purchases.**Thanks,* *The Google Support Team"**Upon trying to email back that I had in fact been charged, that I am no idiot and I have the proof of the charge in the form of screenshots from both my Bank Statement and my Google Play Account page, the email bounced with the message that this was a no-reply email address and if I had any more concerns I could contact the Google Play Support Team WHICH I HAD PREVIOUSLY DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!**I then go BACK to the Google Play Support page intending to resend the bounced email and include the screenshots of the proof. But the option for "discussing your issue here" does not permit copy and pasting the 'print screen option', apparently!!!!!**I then search the internet for an email address that I can contact them through directly, finding your page. I try to call the Customer Support Line but do not have enough phone credit for international calls, which brings me here.**At this stage, I am angry and swiftly losing patience. It should not be this complicated to get a refund for a mistake I DID NOT MAKE. I am a student living on a very strict budget and this kind of nonsense is just ridiculous. I need that €** very urgently.**Please help me ASAP.* *Thank you in advance
