Good Morning-**My name is Noriel Torres. I just recently moved here in San Francisco and started a job at a hotel. On Wednesday, February *, I received an email from what I thought was my General Manager. She asked me to do a task for her to buy Google Play Gift cards to present to clients on Valentine Day. This didn’t seem too unusual at first so I went and purchased the gift cards ($*** in value). She asked me to scratch off to reveal the codes and take a picture so I did. I started to get suspicious when I asked how I was going to get reimbursed and the answer given was very vague. I called the phone number and she said she was on a conference call and couldn’t pick up. Now I realized I was being scammed. I contacted your customer support but received no answer. I sent a picture of the gift cards I purchased and my receipt. I asked to not credit anyone else for the gift cards since they were the scammers account. I have a google account (*****@***.com. I have no use for $*** gift card I purchased because I do not play games. I am almost ** years old and really not interested. I would like to be refunded if possible. This is the worst thing that can happen to anyone. I was robbed of my trust and felt like a complete idiot to fall for this scam. Thank you for taking the time in listening to my issue.
