In December, I downloaded an app from the Google Play Store titled, "Photo Lab" from ***-***-****. There was a free trial available. I uninstalled the app before the trial was expired and I made sure to cancel any potential upcoming subscription that was provided for the app. Since then I've had suspicious charges because of the app that I canceled, which has attempted to charge $*.** on all and any card listed despite my cancellation. January *nd, **** it charged the bank because of a card number that was listed in my Google Play account. I haven't had this app on my phone and I don't use it. I had to cancel and cut a bank card so that another one could be assigned due to each and every card that I have being charged or pending for charge. I understand that I downloaded it, however this was only during the free trial period. It was not used in addition to that, and I'm not interested in keeping it regardless. If this issue is not resolved and this app continues to charge my cards then I will take legal action. I have an email showing that I canceled before the subscription posted and when returning to the app it shows it was cancelled aswell. I am aware that these things happen, and there's ways of making sure the don't continue, so I'm reaching out so that this can be prevented as I have done all that I can do on my end. I appreciate your time
