I accidentally made the wrong in app purchase, and when requesting a refund from google, I immediately get emailed an automated reply saying they can't refund it. I talked with the developer of the app and they told me that Google play has to do the refund because they do not have the means of doing so. The fact that Google play SUPPORT doesn't even review the refund request and just sends an automated reply is bullshit!
GetHuman1575975 did not yet indicate what Google Play should do to make this right.
