If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

I have been charged for.the *th month in a row, **.** for Netflix which I do not have. I have called Google and was told they needed to get with Netflix because it is not on my Google account anywhere. I called Netflix myself because it came off after that * more times and was told by Netflix that you guys have to take care of it because I am being charged by Google play, not them. I need this stopped and a refund.
GetHuman-ronnda_l did not yet indicate what Google Play should do to make this right.
