I have unauthorized charges from an in app purchases. These were made by an underage person whom did not have permission to make these purchases or any others. I've tried following I instructions on making a claim and it keeps yelling me that something went wrong please try again later. I restarted my device and the same thing happened so I waited **hours and tried it again and it keeps happening. I need help with this as soon as possible please. I also need help with how to change my password and set it to where you have to enter a password.
