I cancelled my Google Play subscription a month ago after I realized I had missed the deadline so I allowed it to go another month but definitely hit cancel. Now I'm getting an email thanking me for my renewed subscription I realized after going back into the Google Play on my phone that hitting cancel their doesn't do anything that you have to go to the website and it canceled there and then they send you an e-mail still I was under the impression that my subscription is cancelled I want it cancelled and I'd like my money refunded for this month I do not want to continue another month
GetHuman-kvndvy did not yet indicate what Google Play should do to make this right.
