If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

My husband and I recently applied for a small personal loan online. When it was approved & nearly done being processed, the agent-Brian, from "Universal loans" requested we buy a Google play card ($***) to cover any*all loan fees, and call him with the card*. Therefore-it would just take a moment to deposit loan funds- ($**** amount). Well- it couldn't be deposited. The bank acct is in my name, and loan applied for in husband's. So...THEN- Brian suggested he could Western Union the loan to me. BUT- this required us to buy ANOTHER Google play card for $***...!! It left me with very little cash to live on, and of course- no loan. Brian quoted" Google just recently had a **** play card foul-up, so please be patient until I am able to make a call to Google" I was NOT going any further w* the loan at this point. I called Google myself and they said no- it was not true and I should call police as I was victimized over the pretense of a loan approval. I'm wondering- if I provide the cards, & *' s and receipts of purchase,-- is it a possibility for your customer service dept find out exactly how*where cards were used, or cashed in? PLEASE respond asap, I am having way too much anxiety & high blood pressure difficulties, & very sure it will only become worse. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for an expeditious reply.
