If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

I only got credit for * $**.** purchase on Friday August **th **** from Natural Motion , my card was charged twice, but only got game jewel credit once. My phone said it didn't go through the first time, but it looks like the charged me and didn't credit my account. **Looking for a refund to my CC or game credit.
