If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

On June ** I signed up for a free trial from Tune In through Google play which stated that the trial would end on July ** from which point on I would be charged $**.**. It is now July ** and I have already cancelled the trial but have been charged $**.** even though the trial hasn't ended yet. I have already gotten in contact with Tune In whom has agreed to refund me but has informed me that they cannot do so since the money is still on google's account and not theirs. They have advised me to contact Google play to receive my refund but have not been able to since the the charge does not appear on my Google play order history.
