If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.
The issue in GetHuman-letabray's own words
I I thought I was signing up for fishbrain appt it said ** day free trial your card will not be charged today for ** ** you charge my credit card and mediately for ** ** and now you're stating it has to be ** hours or less that I cancelled so I can get a refund I cancelled it within * less than ** hours and you still will not give me a refund and I had to talk to fishbrain and I have been going in circles and this is unacceptable I cannot get ahold of anybody now I have other charges on my Google Play account and they don't show up there I have no idea what they are for I am not happy I should not be given the runaround by you at all I want a refund for
GetHuman-letabray did not yet indicate what Google Play should do to make this right.
