How do I speak to someone I bought a GobankMasterCard today at *:** at Walmart in the afternoon I have never set it up it's telling me that the card is already has been set up I have to start with an active account with you guys which I do not apprehend the card number it tells me that it is invalid that the stuff does not match I put $*** in the car today and the money is not there it won't let me access the account how do I make a complaint*Why do I have all my receipts for everything
