I requested an Uber Visa Debit Card v*a the Uber Rewards on my Uber Driver App issued by GoBank. In the mail I receive a GoBank Visa debit card. Not knowing the difference and thinking this was one and the same I activated it and registered it with theGoBank app and the same email I use for my Uber app. Then I cannot activate this card is the Uber app. That’s because a day later I get the actual Uber Visa Debit Card. So GoBank cancels the first one but now I can’t rs this one through the app because my email is tied to an account that’s been closed. So this Uber Visa Debit Card is not activated on my Uber payment list and it’s useless as is the Uber helpdesk. GoBank support will not route my call to a live guide anymore but loops me through a menu over and over. I can’t tell someone that I simply need to add this debit card to the account that’s already set up on the GoBank app.
