My account was closed unexpectedly and when I called the number to resolve it, instructions said my vault balance would automatically be combined with my current balance. The app doesn't allow me to log in at all to transfer the vault balance and online does not even display my vault balance? I only wish to get the remaining balance from this account specifically within my vault to discontine this account. Thank you so much for your prompt response and cooperation in this matter.
