Pay my electricity bill after loading the money onto the card. ... I have a gobank mastecard which I recently loaded with the money to pay my electricity bill. Apparently there is "still a security lock" on my card. Which means I cannot pay my electric bill nor can I retrieve my money from the card. The "helpful customer service representative" (* of them) who I spoke to when calling the toll free number has told me there is nothing I can do because I no longer have the same phone number that I had when I originally signed on with gobank, nor do I remember what that number was. I have provided my name, address, social security number, go bank card number, every piece of information other than the phone number I no longer have. One of the CS reps told me to sign into my online account and update the phone number. That would be a wonderful idea if it weren't for the fact that there is a security lock present which prevents me from doing so. My electricity is scheduled to be shut off on the **th, which is tomorrow, so this is kind of urgent. I have been trying to fix this for a couple of days now. PLEASE HELP! *Megan K. My electricity is going to be shut off tomorrow and all of my money has been loaded onto my GoBank MasterCard.
Letting me pay my electric bill before it gets shut off and then closing my account because after this I am so disappointed and dissatisfied that I am not willing to try to do business with them ever again.
I'm a new customer, if there is a security lock which prevents me from using the card then why would you allow me to load money onto it knowing I wouldn't be able to retrieve it. That's just so irresponsible and shows how little they care about their customers.
I have called the toll free number * times and spoke with an unhelpful representative. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told "NO". I have tried to log in online and I have tried to find an email address or a live chat and finally I am contacting you.

I had to call the number given to register the card and reregister it as if it were new. I can now use the card but I cannot use the app or access my account online
