My account is under review for fraudulent activity. I wanted to know how long will it take for them to conduct their investigation and return my money back to my account. I have to separate incidents pending. I had a new card sent to me but it won't let me activate the card saying I have to send in a photo ID of my drivers license but the site it sends me to (gobank.com*documents) says its down or no longer exists and I can't get a hold of person to speak to about my account or to get information from. So how do I activate my new card and when will my account not be blocked and active again. I really need this problem fixed asap thanks. My name is Kamil Barnett last * of my card number is ****. My old card ends with ****.
