Good afternoon, I am experiencing an issue where I have funds in my account but cannot use my card anywhere or make purchases. I made two payments to the electricity company using my account number, but the payments were entered and then canceled by GoBank, resulting in the electricity company charging me $25.00 for each canceled transaction, totaling $50.00 for both. I would like to request a refund for that amount, along with the total balance in my account, and also request the closure of my account due to the ongoing issues. Additionally, two months ago, I was charged $40.00, and no resolution was provided. I look forward to a prompt response. Thank you.

I contacted GoBank after noticing an unauthorized charge on my account. I asked the representative not to block my card, as I wanted to reach out to the company responsible first. Unfortunately, we got disconnected during our conversation. Now, when I try to call back, my account is blocked, and I am being asked to verify some information. I am unsure about what exactly needs verification as the previous representative did not provide clear details. I am frustrated as I cannot reach customer service to clarify what I need to verify and why. The company claims they will reverse the transaction, but I am concerned because my account is blocked. I need assistance to unblock my account promptly.

This individual tried to scam us by asking for a deposit into their GoBank account while pretending to be me, Chris Behr. Please note that my correct email is [redacted] I have informed the Castle Rock Police Department, and they are investigating the situation in Colorado while I am in Central California. The scammer has an account with GoBank and is engaged in fraudulent activities. I urge GoBank to address this matter promptly, as failure to do so could be considered aiding and abetting. Thank you for your attention to this serious issue.

I misplaced my wallet and lost my bank card, which is preventing me from canceling it over the phone. The automated system asks for either my bank card number or Social Security number and birthdate, but I'm unable to verify my identity and reach a representative. Additionally, I cannot remember my account password since I've changed my phone number. I urgently need to cancel my card and request a new one as my funds are likely being deposited into the account. I attempted to transfer money to PayPal but couldn't log in due to the forgotten password. I live at [redacted] West Pacific in Spokane, Washington. Unfortunately, I'm also locked out of my Google email, which shared the same password. While I'm trying to recover my Google account ([redacted]), I need a replacement card expedited. You can deduct the cost from my account. My new contact number is [redacted], Social Security number is [redacted]-66-[redacted], and birthdate is April 9th, [redacted]. My mother's middle name is Alvina. Previously, you had my address as 17 12 West Pacific in Spokane. I receive a monthly Social Security direct deposit of around $1,[redacted], which I rely on. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently received a fraudulent call pretending to be from CPS Energy on 07.25.18, demanding an urgent payment to avoid disconnection of my electricity. The caller, Stacy, advised me to purchase Go bank checking accounts. I quickly bought 2 cards totaling $[redacted]. In the rush, I provided her the card numbers without activating them. After realizing it was a scam, I sought help, and my friend informed me that the cards were already activated by the fraudster claiming to be Stacy. I contacted the Customer Service Center and spoke with Go bank representative, Miss Ally, who assisted me in filing a claim. My case numbers are [redacted]8 and [redacted]4 dated 07.25.[redacted]. I have emailed all the required details to [redacted] but haven't received a response yet. I appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Thank you, Syed.

I am having issues with my Uber/Gobank card for receiving payouts as an Uber driver. There was a problem with my Uber driver account on their server, so a new account was created for me. However, I am unable to request a new card for "Instant Pay" as the option to do so is not working in the app. The information needed from Gobank is all blank, and I can't contact them because I don't have the card with me anymore. I need help resolving this issue as the card is essential for my new account's payout option. Thank you for any assistance!

Hello, I am Montrell T. Porter. I have been trying to contact you regarding the Uber card I requested. Despite receiving a message that it was sent out to me, it was returned as my address was missing the apartment number C1. I have tried multiple devices but cannot save the apt# when I input it. I have my routing and account numbers available ([redacted]81&[redacted][redacted]) but need my card details to access and transfer funds. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

Go Bank has been extremely frustrating for me. I waited three months for my card, only to find my account locked when I tried to request a new one online. I have submitted my ID twice with crystal-clear photos, but they keep asking for resubmission. It's impossible to reach a real person or email anyone for help. They only accept snail mail. Dealing with this company is a nightmare. It feels like they are not interested in resolving any issues. I am considering legal action.

Hello, I have some questions regarding my checking account with your bank, GOBANK, that is linked to a Master debit card. I previously banked with Meta Bank but switched to GOBANK around 4 months ago. Additionally, I have a GOBANK Visa debit card provided by UBER, as I drive for UBER.
Lately, my weekly pay has not been reaching my checking account due to cash outs approved by UBER. My reduced driving is due to necessary car maintenance. Unfortunately, my funds have been drained by unexpected expenses, such as traffic camera tickets sent to my old address, resulting in my car being booted, towed, and impounded. While I resolved issues with the DMV, I cannot drive extensively without fixing my car promptly.
I am inquiring about the possibility of obtaining a personal loan payable in 3 months, specifically seeking $[redacted] to cover maintenance costs. I attempted online cash advance loans but faced obstacles due to missing requirements like a blank check from GOBANK, a banking certificate, and financial statements.
I am hopeful you can assist me in addressing these concerns promptly so I can resume working without limitations. Your urgent attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Genero Bustalino

I have been trying to reach a live representative at Gobank to address my issue. If this matter is not resolved in the next two days, I will end my relationship with them. Recently, my purse was stolen, containing all my identification and credit cards. I informed Gobank about this in a letter, requesting an address update and a new debit card. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account online now. Gobank is requesting identification which I no longer possess due to the theft, and the thief could potentially access my information. I am frustrated by the lack of live support via phone. Gobank can reach me at [redacted].

I am facing a frustrating issue that should be a quick fix with a customer service representative. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in reaching a representative over the past day. Despite my efforts, including pressing zero, I have not been able to connect with anyone when dialing the provided number. I recently discovered my debit card, intended for national use only, can be changed to allow international transactions by contacting my provider, something I was not aware of before. Due to my inability to speak to a representative, I missed out on making a purchase. The company's website/app is also unreliable as it works only 10% of the time. This has caused me to reconsider depositing a significant amount into an account I thought would be easily accessible online. I need to have access to my funds while traveling across the United States without encountering issues every time I try to use them. Can you assist me in converting my card to international use promptly to avoid a repeat of the predicament I faced yesterday? I am eager to resolve this matter swiftly to regain my confidence in utilizing my account while on the move. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. J. R. Nugent

I recently bought a card and loaded $40 onto it to get started. However, while trying to activate the card, I lost my internet connection. During the setup process, I encountered an issue stating that there was already an account linked to my email address. When I called customer service with my 16-digit account number, it claimed my account hadn't been established. After entering my Social Security number, I was asked to provide my driver's license. Visiting gobank.com/documentupload didn't recognize my 16-digit number. Currently, I am stuck in this dilemma with conflicting work hours. I simply wish to receive a refund promptly. Improving the user-friendliness of the process would show consideration for customers. Failing a timely refund, I will not hesitate to escalate the matter to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General.

I have been a loyal Uber Visa Debit Card holder for more than two years and have been pleased with it. Lately, I encountered an issue where I had to send in some documents, but they were deemed blurry. I tried to resend them, but I couldn't find the upload area. This delay is impacting a serious payment related to my probation, and if it's not resolved promptly, I'll face substantial fines and interest charges. I urgently need the $[redacted] taken from my checking account or vault and have access to my account. Despite sending multiple emails over the past three weeks, I have not received any responses from Visa Debit, Uber Visa, or Green Dot. I would greatly appreciate a phone call to address this matter at [redacted].

I am encountering difficulties registering the Go Bank card I purchased at Walmart in Portland, Oregon. Despite knowing my correct information, the automated system insists it is incorrect. I am unable to reach a live person for assistance, and I am feeling frustrated. I would appreciate guidance on how to reach customer support or how to resolve this issue promptly to access my funds or arrange for a refund. Any information, such as a phone number or email address for assistance, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I fell victim to a scam involving individuals claiming to represent GoBank. They promised a loan if I opened an account. After purchasing a card kit at Walmart, they asked for a $[redacted] deposit to demonstrate my repayment ability. Later, they claimed my credit score was below [redacted], urging me to buy $[redacted] in insurance to secure the loan. Sensing something was wrong, I refused. Subsequently, they blocked my card, demanding $[redacted] before returning my funds. Contacting GoBank proved unhelpful as my SS# and birthdate were apparently changed, hindering access to a representative. Despite speaking to someone who mentioned a name change on the card, I wasn't able to resolve the issue. I possess the card and bank statement records as evidence. Will this suffice for a refund? The money at stake is crucial, intended for rent. I urgently seek resolution. Thank you.

I am reaching out to GoBank concerning my hacked Uber account. The Uber GoBank debit card linked to my account doesn't belong to me, and the name on it doesn't match mine. I urgently request that this GoBank card be deleted and canceled promptly, with the funds transferred back to my Uber account. My name on Uber is Brandi Palmer, and my email linked to the account is wildrozes8 @yahoo.com. The phone number associated with my Uber account is [redacted]. I have evidence of the individual who obtained the GoBank card in my account. I attempted to cancel the card, but the information has been altered, with the wrong birthdate provided. This situation requires immediate attention.

I am reaching out to GoBank regarding an issue with my Uber account that was recently hacked. Although I have resolved the hack, an unauthorized Uber GoBank debit card was added to my account under a different name. I urgently request that this GoBank card be cancelled, and the funds transferred back to my Uber account. The name on the GoBank card does not match my Uber account, which is registered under the name Brandi Palmer. The email associated with my Uber account is [redacted], and the linked phone number is [redacted]. I have a photo of the individual who added the GoBank debit card to my account. When I attempted to cancel the card myself, I encountered difficulty due to an incorrect birthdate associated with it. It seems that the hacker altered the birthdate, preventing me from accessing the account. I need immediate assistance to rectify this situation. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I am a GoBank customer who recently became an Uber driver. I encountered a problem signing up for the GoBank Uber Visa Debit Card as the page appears blank. Subsequently, my Uber account shows an application denial for GoBank on the instant pay page without giving me a chance to apply. I have contacted both GoBank and Uber, only to receive conflicting responses shifting responsibility. I am stuck in the middle without a solution. Is there anyone who can assist me with this frustrating issue?

I recently opened a checking account with GoBank, but when I tried to pay bills, the payments were all returned due to my account being labeled invalid. After contacting customer support, they recommended getting a new debit card, transferring funds, and canceling the old account. However, when I tried to activate the new card today, I encountered the same issue of limited account access. Despite my initial deposit showing on the page, some information like my SS number was apparently missing. I'm frustrated from calling multiple times without a resolution and considering requesting a refund and closing both accounts if the issue persists. Can anyone assist me with this matter?

I am having trouble registering because I cannot find where to agree to the terms and conditions. In addition, contacting customer service has been frustrating as the phone numbers provided lead nowhere. The requirement of providing a 16-digit credit card number or full social security number is concerning for someone who is not yet a customer. The process of reaching someone for assistance seems pointless. I am interested in becoming a customer, but the difficulties in communication are discouraging. How can I proceed to become a customer without facing these obstacles? I doubt I will successfully establish an account with this company, though my son wishes me to. If there is a way to become a customer, please contact me via email. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
