Trying to order an Uber Visa Debit card. Site wants my current card info, I DONT HAVE CURRENT CARD INFO. That card was never activated as I never began driving for Uber at that time. Card was never activated or used. Has been shredded. Need card canceled so I card get a new one as I AM an Uber driver now for * weeks. ... Was sent a GoBank card last Aug ****. I never activated it and did not start working for Uber until June ****. That card has been shredded and thrown away. I need a new card issued to me. The site refuses to let me sign up for a card, wanting info from card I don't have. Please cancel that card so I can order a new one.
That * minutes talking to a human being would resolve this issue and not have me waiting for computerized responses and I could begin getting paid through your card.
CANCEL OLD CARD SO I CAN CREATE AN ACCOUNT. OR...issue the same card and just send mre another
