I applied and was granted an Uber debit card. It said to finish the process by following directions on a sent email. I opened the email to find a simple - enter your birthdate and last four of SS number. Did that... next it says we cannot verify you with the info provided... huh? So if I am entering my bday and last * correctly (let’s just say this is no in question. I know these things well being **), and it still says not matching our records... one would think the records must be wrong! So who provided the original info that’s now not matching? Uber? No matter.. how do we fix this..? Cuz calling the phone number gets the same sort of machine requiring g response- social and birthdate and last four... days it doesn’t match those records too, and I’m stuck again with no resolution and no way to speak to a human
