Nationwide**I called and spoke to your agent who said his name was Boomer, he refused to refund me in full stating you are bound by UK legislation set by Nominet. I have contacted Nominet regarding this matter to lodge a complaint.**I have also contacted both Santander & Nationwide to dispute the payment. **I am totally dissatisfied with the way I have been treated in this matter and requested a refund in full.**Leonora Openshaw
