Despite my efforts, I am facing significant challenges in resolving this issue. GoBank's customer service line typically has a wait time of over two hours, only to disconnect the call after an hour and a half of waiting. I have been patient for days, weeks, and even months with no resolution in sight. Although GoBank claimed to have initiated a refund and sent instructions via email and mail on how the funds would be returned within one business day, it has been two weeks with no progress. To make matters worse, my account has been frozen again, leading to financial strain including missed bills, car repossession, eviction risk, utility disconnection, and other serious consequences. I am seeking the full refund of my money, compensation for the lost vehicle and additional fees, and an end to this distressing situation as my family even missed celebrating Christmas due to these circumstances.

I need help with my Green Dot Visa card as I have been locked out. My card has $[redacted].37, which is my employer's payment. I used it for gas, and it got locked. I have tried calling the number on the back of the card [redacted] multiple times but never reached a live person. I have been on hold for hours every time I call. It has been about three weeks, and I have sent around 25 pictures of my driver's license to resolve the issue, but they keep coming back as not legible when I log into my account. I discovered I was locked out of my GOBANK online account early in the morning. Around the same time, I received an email notification of a $[redacted]+ deposit made on 1/5/21, a day I was ill with the flu. Despite my numerous attempts to contact GOBANK over six days, I couldn't fully log in to email them. Finally, on the 6th day, I sent an email at 5 am detailing my situation. By noon, after waiting on hold for 90 minutes, I spoke with a representative who requested photos of my identification. Upon review, GOBANK claimed my documents were fake due to missing back images. Despite my objections and evidence on my phone showing I did submit both sides, GOBANK closed my account. I am now requesting to withdraw my balance of $[redacted].73 immediately.

My mobile device with the phone number [redacted] and email [redacted] was stolen a month ago. Instead of returning my original phone number, Verizon issued me a new one. I need to update my phone number and email address for my account, but neither the mobile app nor customer service is allowing me to make these changes. I am facing issues logging into my account to activate my card. Typically, I log in and a verification code is sent to either my phone or email. I used TurboTax for my taxes and signed up for direct deposit. However, I encountered issues with accessing my balance and activating my Go to Bank card. Even after activating all the cards, I cannot see my balance or access funds. I provided my GreenDot card information to the IRS but updated it later. I am Jeffrey Allen Hayes. I called tonight and waited for an hour and five minutes only to be hung up on. Last week, I reported fraud regarding someone misusing my social security number to open an account. Despite the wrong birthday and address used, I seem to keep receiving notifications like the one about my new card arriving in two days. This is concerning as I was assured by the fraud department that no one else could use my social security number for fraudulent activities. It appears there is a mismatch in the information associated with my account. If this issue persists, I will contact my cousin John Morris from Morris and Morris and Associates LLC.

I recently received a card that was ordered in my name and sent to my previous address where acquaintances live. Luckily, their son passed it to me. I cannot activate it as I don't have the necessary information for activation. This unexpected card has caused login issues, preventing me from creating any new accounts. I'm interested in your services to establish my own credit. Although I have a regular account at US Bank, it doesn't assist with rebuilding credit like GoBank does. Since last Tuesday, my GoBank account has been blocked. I have used this account without any issues for over a year to manage my small business loan and unemployment funds. Hello, I recently tried to open an account with Go2Bank and received my Debit Visa card in the mail. However, I'm facing several issues with accessing my account and uploading card information. I have noticed several unauthorized charges on my account listed under pp*Apple.com/Bill... - 2/24/21: $5.34 - 2/20/21: $5.34 - 2/15/21: $16.04 - 2/09/21: $11.05 - 2/02/21: $11.76 Despite contacting Apple directly, they have confirmed that these charges are not legitimate as they are not linked to my Apple account. Additionally, I have two pending unauthorized charges from Sensate-Inc.com today: $4.27 and $0.04. I have tried multiple times to resolve this through customer service without success. I am requesting a refund for these charges before I can proceed with closing the account. There are two legitimate charges waiting to be released from hotels that are preventing me from closing the account until this matter is resolved. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I bought a GoBank prepaid debit card at a 7-Eleven in Spokane, Washington and loaded $20 onto it. I assumed I could use it right away after purchasing and loading the money, but I had to activate it online. Once activated, I found out I had limited access and could only spend the $20 on the card, which was frustrating. I tried to get cash back with a debit purchase but couldn't withdraw from any ATM. I recently purchased a GoBank Card for $2.95 last month. Within 10 days, I was billed extra fees for the monthly service. I have been trying to close my account as I suspect two scammers are trying to steal from me. I originally opened a Go2Bank account with direct deposit and have since emailed customer service three times to close all my accounts with GoBank and Green Dot due to these fraudulent activities. The experience with these banks has been very frustrating, especially after being robbed and losing access to my funds. I have had similar issues with Green Dot in the past, which further adds to my dissatisfaction. I am considering switching to Chase Bank for their live banking assistance and quick problem resolution, as my current banking situation is causing too much stress.
