Help with my GoBank issue
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-shayring may need:
Username, Password, Email address on the account, Name on the Account, Address on the Account, and Date of Birth

I never received my gobank card in the mail they said it was at the post office I've been to the post office they don't have it I called go Bank it's impossible to get a live Human once I got one I asked him to please transfer the money to my boyfriend's card whom also has a gobank card he told me it should be there on the **nd of October still no **** card I have over $*** on this card because one of the transactions I did not do and they still have not refunded my money I want my money transferred to my green dot card I just recently purchased only because there the same company. I only bought the card because I'm not getting anywhere with gobank its been over a month STILL NO CARD IN MAIL & THEY JUST CANT KEEP MY MONEY TIED UP LIKE THIS ITS ILLEGAL. PLUS THERE'S A HOTEL CHARGE ON THERE I. DIDNT MAKE THEY. NEED TO REFUND THAT AND TRANSFER MY MONEY TO MY NEW GREEN DOT CARD. DONT EVER GET A GO BANK NO LIVE PERSON AND NO KINDA HELP WITH ANYTHING. IS THIS PLACE A SCAM PLEASE HELP ME RETRIEVE MY MONEY TO MY NEW CARD I NEED THAT TO MOVE. HELP SHALAINA RINGUS ***-***-**** HELP HELP *** *** ***
