I have paid through MLhuillier with the amount of *,*** on May *, **** for the first bill. It showed in my bill statement that you only received the amount of **** of my first payment. Checked with ML and they said they transferred the exact amount. For the due date today, May **, **** I only paid the same amount of ****. Kindly explain why I have to pay P*,***.** for today's due date. *Kindly review my account. I will be waiting for your response. Also, I'd like to know the phone * to call for billing concerns. Thank you.
