Hi... its been a couple of times that i made a follow up on the status of our connection. Seems that Globe isnt customer friendly to assist us with our concern.. our speedtest only appears to be *.** mbps... and our plan was listed ***gb, **mbps... i was even added a charge for the upgrade... it shouldnt matter if the connection is good.
