Until now it is not fixed. I have no signal. This is a prepaid no. I have been a globe subscriber since globe started in the business. I was one of your early loyal clients. Pls fix my problem .this is already ** hrs since i reported the issue. Nothing has been done. Pls fix it asao. Pls thank you

I did the usual trouble shooting..the removing the sim. Turning it off and on. Nothing has changed it is still red signal. No signal. ... Hi Globe customer care.**Pls help me with my problem now. Tried everything turning on and off removing the sim and battery then return it back . No change..still no signal. Pls restore it. Pls urgent n asap.
