Hello, *I purchased a ** pack of Gillette Custom Plus * razors (**********) at my local Costco (**** Cumberland Mall SE, Atlanta GA *****-****) in the past two weeks. Unfortunately the razors have not proven to be of a good quality. I do not have my receipt any longer, if I did I would return the razors immediately. The razors are completely unusable, my husband and I both experience extreme skin irritation when trying to use them. They also do not provide a good quality shave. We have each only used one razor and will have to throw away the entire box. We have both been supporters of Gillette in the past. We have had no hesitation when purchasing Gillette razors, knowing they would be of good quality. The Gillette Custom Plus * razors have been such a disappointment that I may no longer buy Gillette brand products. Can you offer a partial or full refund for the product? I am going to have to go buy razors to replace the ones I have already purchased. Thank you for your help and time.
