My husband has been using Gillette Mach3 cartridges for the last decade. He is 87 years old, and over time, we've noticed the blades are becoming more dull. Sometimes I have to shave him, and it is frustrating how quickly the blades lose their sharpness. There are instances where I need to use two cartridges for one shaving session on his face and head. Despite purchasing higher quantities of cartridges due to their cost, the blades are not sharp enough to finish one side of his face. I wonder if there are other brands with sharper blades available. I have also noticed that Gillette's single-handle razors share the same issue with dull blades as the cartridges.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the marketing on your packaging. I recently bought the Gillette Labs with the exfoliating bar (barcode [redacted][redacted]) due to the appealing box and claims, most of which I don't dispute. However, the list of contents is misleading as it implies "5 blades" but fails to clarify that it refers to 5 blades in a single cartridge, not 5 replacement blades. This information is not clearly stated on the package, as it doesn't mention cartridges at all. I feel misled and let down by this lack of transparency. I intend to send this feedback to the CTSI and switch back to my previous brand. You need to provide clearer information about the product contents. If you advertise "5 Blades," it should be explicitly stated as "ONE 5-bladed cartridge."

I purchased a 3-pack of Gillette Sensitive Skin shaving gel, and while the first can worked well, the other two cans have no pressure. I am disappointed with Gillette as I spent money on what I expected to be the best shaving gel. I hope Gillette can send me replacement cans for the ones that are faulty. Thank you.

I am currently experiencing issues with my second razor. The first one ceased working after approximately eleven months of use, and the replacement also malfunctioned just after the warranty period ended. When contacting customer service, I was informed that as it was out of warranty, they were unable to provide a replacement. Instead, they offered a 30% discount on a new one. This experience with the Gillette Heated Razor has been disappointing due to the product's quality and the unsatisfactory customer service received. I advise against purchasing this razor.

I bought a Gillette Lab razor kit (2 razors, 2 cartridges, and 1 stand) from Wal-Mart for $18.50 on May 2, [redacted]. In July [redacted], I tried to install the razor unsuccessfully. I have attempted to swap blades without success as well. Despite using your website, I have not found a solution. I have followed the instructions provided but have not been able to change the blades. At 76 years old, I've never encountered such difficulty in replacing razor blades.

Hello! I recently purchased the Gillette Razors for Men with Exfoliating Bar by GilletteLabs, Shaving Kit for Men, which includes 1 handle, 4 razor blade refills, and 1 premium magnetic stand from Amazon. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. Normally, I enjoy using these razors and have even bought them as gifts for relatives, but this particular pack did not meet my expectations. The blades felt rough and I even ended up cutting my cheek during use. A couple of days later, I developed a red, itchy rash on my skin. Upon further inspection, I noticed a strange clear liquid on the razors. I am frustrated as I spent $36.99 on a product that not only did not meet my standards but also caused skin irritation. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could offer in this matter. Thank you.

The pricing of Gillette razor blades seems excessively high, especially without any noticeable improvement in product quality. As a typical consumer with disabilities, I believe discounts, coupons, or lower prices would be more reasonable. It's frustrating that blades are priced at $14.62, $17.82, $24.97, $38.47 and the compatibility issues between different Gillette razor handles can be confusing. It would make sense for all blades to be universally compatible with all handles. Simplifying the product range, reducing prices, and offering more coupons and discounts similar to pre-internet times would be appreciated. The constant price increases across different brands without enhanced product performance appear to be solely driven by greed.

I am a volunteer with Scouts BSA and I am organizing a training session for NYC Venturers (aged 25 to 30, co-ed) and their adult leaders. I aim to provide each of the 50 to 75 participants I am expecting with a small grooming kit including essentials like shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, aftershave, moisturizer, and towelettes or travel-sized items. I bought a Gillette razor and blade set at Tesco today, which was supposed to include 5 blades as indicated on the packaging. However, upon opening the undamaged pack, I found the blades were missing. I can provide photos of the receipt, product, and packaging upon request. I have been a loyal customer for over thirty years, but recently, I have been having difficulty finding replacement blades that fit my Gillette handle. It is frustrating to buy blades and then find out they are not compatible after opening the pack. I recently switched from a standard MACH3 to the turbo model and, despite the different blade width, they still fit the same handle.
Yesterday, at Chemist Warehouse in Blenheim, I bought a pack of Gillette Fusion5 blades, only to realize they do not fit my MACH3 handle once I opened the package. I now have a set of blades that I cannot use. It would be helpful if customers could see the blades before purchasing to avoid this issue.
I am not seeking a refund, only suggesting a packaging change to ensure compatibility for all Gillette products. Thank you for considering this feedback.
