I recently used your disposable razors with both the blue and green handles from separate packages, and all of them seem to have a kink in the blade. Despite trying various razors, I continue to face the same issue, resulting in a few vertical scars. Initially, I assumed it was due to accidental damage, but the problem persisted even with other razors from the same package. It appears that there may be a quality control oversight at your end. I recently bought a 36-pack of Gillette Custom Plus 3 razors at the Costco located at [redacted] Cumberland Mall SE, Atlanta GA 30[redacted]. Unfortunately, the razors have been disappointing in quality. Despite not having the receipt, I am experiencing extreme skin irritation when using them, as is my husband. In addition, the razors do not provide a close shave. We have only tried one razor each and are unable to use the rest of the pack. We have been loyal Gillette customers in the past, confident in the quality of their products, but this experience has been disappointing. Due to this, I may reconsider purchasing Gillette products in the future. Could you please assist with a partial or full refund for this unsatisfactory purchase? I recently purchased a Fusion 5 razor and am quite pleased with its performance. Over the years, I have used various Gillette products, including the original single-blade razor that required assembly, and most recently the Atra Plus model, which is now discontinued. When I visited the pharmacy to buy replacement blades for my Fusion 5, I was overwhelmed by the different options available - Fusion5, Fusion 5 Power, Fusion 5 Chill, Fusion5 Proglide, and Fusion Proshield Chill. I may have missed some other varieties as well. Unfortunately, the packaging does not provide detailed information on the benefits of each type, making it challenging to choose the right blades for my Fusion 5 handle. As a long-time customer who has been using Gillette products for decades, I would greatly appreciate any assistance in clarifying this matter. Thank you for your help.

I am unable to find an email contact for Gillette which is disappointing. I have been loyal to Gillette for 50 years and always purchased Sensor Excel blades, which I believe are the best. However, since being acquired by P&G, the variety of expensive blades has increased significantly. Instead of selling 5 blades, they now sell 10 for $28, which is concerning. Additionally, the lack of interchangeability between the blades and handles is frustrating. Having [redacted] different types of blades seems excessive and reminiscent of battery companies. It would be beneficial to streamline the product offerings and provide a more cost-effective solution for loyal customers like myself.

I have three Sensor razors, one at each home and one for travel. One of the corners on the handle that securely holds the blade in place has broken off, causing it to no longer secure the blade. This razor is old but dearly loved, and I'm unable to use it now. The other two razors are still in good condition. Can this issue be fixed? I recently bought a pack of Gillette skin guard razor blades from Sams store, only to find out it's a two-blade system after returning home. Disappointed by the performance as it did not meet my expectations. Even after changing the cartridge, I still had the same disappointing experience. I purchased a razor with 12 blades and now regret having to use this subpar two-blade system from Gillette.

I've been loyal to Gillette my whole life and I adore the ProGlide with the pivoting head. However, the prices became too much for me to bear. At 64, I can't justify the cost anymore. Despite trying Harry's and Dollar Shave Club, they don't compare to Gillette, but they are more affordable. I reluctantly switched to them as they are only a fraction of the price. Paying $40 for just three or four blades is unreasonable, so I opt for Dollar Shave Club even though I'm not thrilled with their quality. Subject: Feedback on Shaving Foam Container
Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to discuss the issue with the metallic container of the shaving foam. The material used for the container is not suitable due to quick rusting, especially at the bottom. This has caused permanent rust stains on my bathroom floor. I believe there should be a better product available at a reasonable price for such use.
While some may suggest cleaning the floor is a simple solution, it actually involves using a lot of chemicals and water, which is not environmentally friendly. Products like shaving foam are commonly used in bathrooms where water is present, and it is not ideal for them to rust and leave stains.
I am not demanding an immediate change, but I believe finding an alternative to this rusty material would be a more eco-conscious choice.

I purchased a Fusion5 razor recently, but I encountered issues with the light on the handle blinking constantly and then it stopped working altogether. I decided to buy a new Fusion5 razor, but this time there is no light at all. I am disappointed in the lack of quality control as both razors I bought within six months are not functioning correctly. Having been a loyal customer of Gillette all my life, I am now losing trust in your products. I have even attempted to replace the batteries, but the problem persists. The prices I pay for these products make me upset about the declining quality. I am 75 years old and have been a customer for a long time.

I am a fan of Gillette Clear and Dri-Tech Gel Wild Rain Antiperspirant. I am having trouble turning the knob to dispense the gel because of arthritis in my fingers. Have Gillette considered solving this issue? Many others might also face the same challenge. I prefer not to switch to another product. Hopefully, others have found a solution. I am expressing my dissatisfaction with the transgender "Sawyer" Pantene commercial. I believe companies like yours should focus on producing and selling products without promoting specific sexual preferences. It is inappropriate to glamorize the LGBTQ lifestyle in commercials, especially when it may influence young children. Gender identity is not a choice and should not be pushed onto kids. My friends and I will be boycotting Pantene and other P&G products due to these campaigns, including Gillette and Head & Shoulders. We prefer to support brands that do not promote the LGBTQ agenda.

I recently purchased Gillette razors from your store, a brand I have used for over 40 years. Unfortunately, the razors I bought were defective and caused me to cut myself and bleed. I will be sending these razors to a lab for testing along with a pack from a different store. Selling unsafe products is unacceptable, and I feel the need to involve an attorney due to this issue. Quality control is crucial, and I expect better from your store to ensure customer safety. Thankfully, I was able to stop the bleeding, but this incident was concerning.

I wanted to share my disappointment regarding the Venus razor advertisement. The image of a girl focused on her pubic hair on TV made me uncomfortable. I reached out to Venus about this, but they didn't see an issue with the ad. It is offensive to display a woman's intimate area on television, and I believe there are more tasteful ways to promote your products. Every time the ad comes on, I have to change the channel. Let's be more mindful of the message we are sending. I hope to see a more respectful approach in future ads. My interaction with Venus left me feeling unheard, and I reside in Hawaii with a modern perspective.

I have been a faithful Gillette customer for over 50 years. I have consistently used Right Guard deodorant and Gillette razors and blades. Recently, I bought the "New Right Guard Sport 0% Aluminum" deodorant. Unfortunately, the product is extremely unpleasant, and I have noticed an odor issue.
After trying the product for two days, my wife started to complain about my body odor shortly after I showered and used the Right Guard deodorant. We have been together for 25 years, and this is the first time she has mentioned any smell issue with me. If I desired a "natural" product, I would simply apply baking soda under my arms.
I hope the company considers removing this product from the market before it negatively impacts customers. As a temporary solution, I purchased Right Guard with aluminum from Costco this morning, but am still a loyal customer.

I have found the 5-blade razor system to be disappointing compared to the Atra blades. After over 40 years of being a loyal customer, I struggled to find Atra blades in stores and reluctantly tried the 5-blade. Unfortunately, I found the blades to be dull and ineffective at removing whiskers, requiring multiple passes or even two shaves to achieve smooth skin. Despite their high cost at over $2 per cartridge on Amazon, they didn't meet my expectations.
I purchased 5-blade systems for my son and father, but they both switched to electric razors due to the lackluster performance of the 5-blade. Could I please exchange my 5-blade cartridges for about a dozen Atra refills? I have several unused 5-blade cartridges that I no longer find useful.

A few days ago, I was shaving with a recently purchased "Gillette Fusion5 Men's Razor Blade" when suddenly a razor blade popped out, causing a 1.5cm tear in the shaving area, which led to bleeding. My son was shocked when he saw it happen. The blades were new, not old, but this incident occurred.
I purchased the product from WalMart, but I believe this is a product quality control issue from your company, not WalMart's. I have the purchase receipt and a photo of the incident, which I can provide if needed.
As a loyal user of Gillette products, I am extremely disappointed by this experience.

Three years ago, I was deeply offended by Gillette's commercial with their woke agenda and virtue signaling. Despite being an 8-year vet, the commercial's message about the best a man can be felt insulting. I haven't purchased a Gillette razor since then. Whenever I encounter a Gillette razor in my family or friends' bathrooms, I take the opportunity to explain how Gillette views masculinity. I hope my actions have deterred at least 12 customers per year, potentially totaling around 30 customers over three years. The virtue signaling in the commercial still offends me greatly, and I continue to advocate against supporting Gillette.

I've been considering sharing my feedback for a while now, and I've finally decided to do so because I am quite frustrated with the Venus Swirl product. I have been a loyal user of Gillette Daisy razors for many years and have always been satisfied with the product. However, about a year ago, my daughter recommended the Venus line to me, and I decided to give it a try. Initially, I was pleased with it, but lately, I have been consistently finding dull razors in every box I purchase. This has been very disappointing, especially since I shave my legs daily. The most recent box I bought had two unusable razors. I had to discard the last blade after just a couple of uses. Today, I tried a different brand-new razor, the comfort glide, and it left my legs feeling like they were still stubbly from the day before. I am frustrated that I invested money in what was supposed to be a "better" product only to end up dissatisfied. When I saw Daisy razors in the store priced at $15.99, I was taken aback. I'm not sure how I would like this situation to be resolved, as it seems like the quality has changed, along with the price. Perhaps a coupon or voucher for Daisy razors could be a suitable resolution.
