Get information on this application.. for five weeks now!!! ... Have been trying for over five weeks to get through to live person at compass!!!!! I finally got someone to call back and the put me back through to automated service which once again , could not get a person or even leave a call back number!!!! I need info on the application the healthcare marketplace submitted on my behalf due to our son supposedly qualifying for Medicaid..
That it has been IMPOSSIBLE to reach or get a call back from compass!!! And website offers no information either on my application process!!!
Sending some kind of notification that an application has even just been received!! Actually calling people back!! Add something to website for application process, like wher an application may or may not be during the supposed ** day period!!
Called and called and called. And went on website over and over again and can not get any valid information
