I have been receiving food stamps for approximately six months. I recently received a letter stating I needed to renew soon. I submitted the renewal early to prevent any delays in my benefits. However, on my benefit day, the benefits are not on my card. I checked the gateway, and it shows it is active with the monthly amount, but it does not provide any information on when it will be applied. I have been unable to reach anyone over the phone for assistance. Additionally, the monthly benefits were supposed to increase. This situation is very frustrating for me as I need to feed my two toddlers.

My food stamps typically arrive on the 9th of every month, but they didn't come this month. I renewed my benefits in September through the Gateway website on the first day of the month, and on my account, it shows as approved for October [redacted]. I received a letter about the SNAP work program, but I applied for SSI disability benefits on July 3, which should exempt me from the work program. I uploaded proof of my SSI claim and submitted a change report for my disability. I've left messages for my caseworker and their supervisor, sent multiple emails to customer service, and made several calls but haven't received any assistance. I urgently need help getting my food stamps.

I did not receive a renewal notice for August and my food stamp was discontinued. I called when I did not get my food stamp and completed an over-the-phone application. It's been two months now, and when I check Gateway, I receive a message stating that I do not have an application. When I call, they direct me to a caseworker message indicating they will call me in two days, but I have not received a callback yet. I called again today and received the same messages. I am a senior citizen on a very low fixed income. Can someone please assist me?

I have been attempting to add my new baby to my food stamps for two months without any success. My children are currently suffering from the RSV virus, leading to multiple hospital visits. The mounting medical bills are becoming unmanageable. Despite my efforts to contact the relevant services, I have encountered issues with unanswered calls and full voicemail boxes, leaving me unable to leave a message.

I received a letter from Atlanta DFCS scheduling a phone interview for 11/06/[redacted] at 11:30 AM. Unfortunately, the case worker did not call as scheduled. I tried calling numerous times but couldn't get through; the voicemail was always full. I even reached out to the supervisor with no success. I need to reschedule, but no one answers when I call. I have a doctor's note explaining my inability to work due to physical and mental challenges, which led to my FS being cut off on October 12. I am eager to have my FS reinstated promptly and would appreciate it if someone could address this matter seriously and efficiently.
